Redundant forms collecting information already in Zocdoc. Crowded office and very long wait. When arriving I wasn't told to sign in on a sheet and thus fell behind six other people, making a long wait even longer. Miserable.
The office was incredibly disorganized and the wait time was absurd. The doctor seemed nice and professional, but his office is in a level of disarray that was frankly alarming.

Really bad cutomer service
Dr. Salant was incredibly professional and caring. He did a quick and thorough examination and identified the issue. I would highly recommend him. The only issue was the wait time - about 40 minutes. But the office's system was down and they were very busy.
Love him!!!! Omg so attentive, really personal.... I have never met a doctor like this, proffesional, descriptive and really focused on his patient and even shake your hand but in a familiar manner. I am never ever leaving this place I truly love the staff, very respectful, and I just felt confortable.

I loved the doctor. He was very attentive and made sure that he got all of the details regarding my condition before inspecting me and diagnosing what the next steps should be. The only downside was that I had a 2 hour wait to be seen. I asked the receptionists multiple times and they said each time I would be called soon. After an hour and a half, I went up to the desk to find that they had never even put my file together. I had to re-fill out the paperwork and wait until my name was called, basically starting the process from scratch an hour and a half into waiting. With that being said, I would highly recommend this doctor, but I would call to make an appointment or call to confirm after you make it online. They were very apologetic, and once I was called to the back, the process was very quick and there were multiple apologizes given about the mix up. In my opinion, this seemed to be a one-time thing as I saw most other people come in and out in a timely fashion. NOTE: None of my paperwork or forms that I filled out online transferred (or were used) at the doctor's office, so make sure to bring your information.
