Loved my appointment with Dr. Simon! Check in at the front desk was easy and I didn’t have to wait.
Dr. Simon was an absolute pleasure during my appointment today. He was very attentive and made sure to to investigate everything I mentioned. I found his explanations to be thorough, clear, and very transparent. Very glad to have taken the time to visit him!
I went to see Dr. Simon because I had been experiencing pain in my knee. Dr. Simon was prompt, efficient, and friendly. He thoroughly examined me and articulated his diagnosis in plain English. He offered several treatment options, and helped me decide which one was best suited for me. I highly recommend Dr. Simon and will return if I have any sports-related injuries in the future.
Perfectly on time, professional and welcoming staff. Probably most pleasant approach a doctor has taken with me - thorough, asked unique questions to help diagnose the extent of my shoulder issue. Extensive exam to make sure nothing missed AND addressed other sports related concerns with me beyond the main reason for my visit. Without a doubt, I now have a "go-to" doc in NYC. I say this as I live in Texas, and work in NYC so its always a bit uneasy finding and seeing a new doc. This couldn't have been better or easier.
I had the first appointment in the morning and there was no wait. Dr. Simon was very nice and warm. Some doctors are very "medical" and don't have good social skills, he was not like that at all. He asked if I had any questions. Will see if my problems reside after I follow his instructions.
I was seen right away. Dr Simon was courteous, professional, and friendly. Will return because my back hurts.
