Very polite office staff greeted me. Dr. Simpson's two assistants very pleasant. Dr. Simpson reviewed my biopsy report thoroughly and provided me with the important information needed to make my decision on the type of plastic surgery I choose. I was also very pleased that Dr. Simpson scheduled me in for my exam so quickly.
Have gone to him for accidents, one falling down stairs, another a auto accident, a total of three surgeries. Great doctor, knowledgeable, thoughtful, helpful, came out of both surgeries very difficult to tell I even had surgery. Meet someone a few years ago who also had used him as a hand surgeon, same high opinion, of Doctor Simon. He is also a teaching Doctor, so at times he has someone in his office who is a new Doctor. What a wonderful thing to pass on your knowledge to others, which really shows Dr Simpson concern.
Yes I would definitely recommend Dr. Simpson! He is very kind and compassionate; great bedside manner. I showed up 45 minutes early from New Jersey for my post-op appointment and Dr. Simpson took me within 5 minutes of my checking in. Great experience pre-op, surgery as well as post-op appointment.
Dr. Simpson has a calm and gentle manner. I was nervous about having a cadaver sling holding up my eye orb, but I have had no problems since the operation.
A very professional doctor who takes the time and effort to explain the needs and reasons why you may need a procedure. Always gives the feeling of competence and reassurance as is the same in follow ups.
Dr. Simpson took the time to review my medical records, thoroughly examined me and explained all aspects of procedure. Office staff was very efficient and accommodating.
He was wonderful! Everyone in the office was very nice. He did a thorough check up and explained everything to me in a respectful way. Very gentle and made sure I was not in any pain. You can tell he really knows his stuff! Would highly recommend.
