I didn’t even meet with Dr. Ronak because he was running 20-30 minutes late. I’ve met with him before and he was great. The nurse was very helpful though.
Saw me for five seconds, billed my insurance aggressively for lab work that was never sent. Overall unsanitary facility. Disgusting.
He was helpful and direct. He asked some questions and then got right to the treatment I needed for my sickness.

Did my annual physical checkup which is supposed to be 100% covered by insurance. The doctor and the blood test center he works with still managed to send me multiple bills. He recommended to schedule a follow up upfront but my numbers are in normal ranges. So in the costly follow up visit he didn’t do anything meaningful. Now I’m going through the frustrating appeal process and the problem is still unresolved. He didn’t care about patients and I will never trust him if I’m really in a vulnerable situation of illness.
Dr. Chinai always listens to his patients before treating. A rare thing these days!
I have been here 3 times. Mom too the staff is good, except for one person. I was in pain had to take next appointment very next day. So she rolls her eyes, bobs her head because "I was there yesterday". She decides to unsolicited advice that my insurance won't pay for this.
Not helpful. We visited doctor for hairloss, but doctor did not check anything other than asking few questions and taking blood samples. I paid copay and doctor asked to visit again and pay the copay amount. This is ridiculous

I was seen right away but the staff is terrible. Aside from the fact that my forms weren't completed the day of my physical they also weren't done 5 days later. I will not come back to this office. It's disorganized and unprofessional!

The wait time was around 15-20 minutes despite an appointment. A good experience overall with good health advice. The nurse who does the blood test was really sweet!

I don’t have complaints against the doctor, besides the fact he prescribed antibiotics that didn’t help, but the receptionists are either completely incompetent in working with insurance in the best case or are dishonest in the worst. They charged me a deductible way over the amount allowed by Cigna, and moreover is covered by my HRA. After complaining with Cigna they returned just part of the sum.
Staff is always nice. Dr. Chinai saw me right away even though I was (very) early for my appointment. Was in and out of the doctor's office and was feeling better the very next day.
Very precise treatment to the high grade fever which was caused by flu. My body temperature dropped to normal after 24 hours.

Dr Chinai is great, but I would not recommend going to his office if you need to be seen for anything other than a simple cold. I had blood work done and not only does the practice say they can’t find my blood work (when I can see it on labcorps patient portal), but they said that even if I had a question, they wouldn’t be able to answer over the phone, and I was required to come in for a visit (more money for them).

Showed up to my appointment early, staff was friendly and I was seen within 5 minutes. Dr. Chinai was helpful and the whole process was quick and painless.
After waiting for over 2 hours, I visited with Dr. Chinai and he was very dismissive with my health concerns. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and rude when approached. Would never recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

Went for my regular annual medical check-up with fully covered by my Health Insurance. Ever since, I have been getting bills from them for the blood tests although my insurance covers it. Wouldn't go here again.
I selected this doctor due to its convenient location but will not go back and would not recommend this doctor. My appointment was for an annual checkup. I spent approximately 45 minutes at the office, of which only about 5 minutes was face time with the doctor. He asked a handful of basic questions (~6 or 7) which were already covered by the patient in-take form I had to fill out. He performed a few basic assessments (eg. breathe in/breathe out), and then went directly to ordering a suite of blood tests. Throughout the 5 minutes, the doctor didn't comment on my health or even ask if I had any specific concerns/questions. For an annual physical appointment, I expected more than 5 minutes with the doctor. Instead, I was told the appointment was over after the blood work was done and to follow up afterwards about the results of the blood test.

Front office is terrible - unorganized and lack professionalism. They do not answer phones, do not send medical paperwork on time, are rude and short with you in person. Terrible experience - save yourself time and go to a doctor's office that actually cares about helping people.

We went for our annual preventative care which is covered by insurance but ended up receiving a bill which we shouldn't have, although insurance had paid the doctor's office. In spite of several phone calls and visits to the practice, the issue has not been resolved. I would not recommend Dr. Chinai's practice to anyone.
I made an appointment and it was confirmed multiple times, when I got there they said that they didn't schedule appointments for Saturdays. Then I was treated like a walk in and had to wait 2hr to see the doctor for 5min. never again.
