Dr. Rempfer was great. He was very caring, and listened to everything I had to say before giving his thoughts. Highly recommended!

Dr. Rempfer made a great effort in making me comfortable during an initial consultation. He was easy to talk to and eased the tension with humor. My only complaint is that I had to wait half an hour past my appointmenttime to see him and he offered no apology or explanation.

I just had my first consultation with Ronald and I am so happy. My previous dr I had for most of life gave me hopelessness vibes and so did the first dr I found on Zocdoc. I didn’t get that sensefrom him at all. He was very engaging and easy to talk to. As someone who’s had major depression for almost 20 years , this gives me hope.

It was my first time in a psychiatric office and I felt very comfortable in the environment. The front desk staff was very friendly and explained the paperwork well and the doctor was very easy to talk with and explained thediagnosis and medication thoroughly. I felt like the staff cared about how I felt overall with the visit and scheduled my next session easily.

Dr. Rempfer has a very kind tone and was more attentive than the psychiatrist I saw before him. He's also got a decent sense of humor, which is very much appreciated.

Ron was patient and listened attentively to my responses. He asked for me to clarify on certain aspects in a way that wasn't leading. I felt that he understood the nuance of the situations I was describing as well as Ido, having experienced them. He was very organized and I could tell he was coming up with a plan as we talked. He described the benefits and drew a graph to plot different aspects of the medicines. It was a great way to illustrate the subject matter. I am a visual learner with poor memory, so having the visual queues prevented me from getting confused. I think it's unreasonable to expect people to remember a bunch of drug names they've never heard before and he obviously knew what works when having these conversations with people. I feel really confident with Ron moving forward.
