Excellent professional person
Dr. Minara is always very detailed in his explanation and never rushes through his appointments, which I really appreciate.
Dr. MInara is always excellent.
Dr and staff is great, I will see him next week
Dr. Minara is great. Highly knowledgeable. I've been seen on time at every appointment. But, I'm less than satisfied with the follow up on pre-certification for an MRI. I was told to wait on the doctor's office to call me to confirm it has been pre-certified. I left two voicemails over the last few days asking status and didn't get a call back. I called the insurance company today and they told me it was precertified two days ago. I wish I had known that because I could have gotten the MRI scheduled by now.
Needed a shot of cortisone for my planter fasciitis. Professional and with as little pain as possible.
It was very solid - I was helped and treated well and even saved a little bit on my orthotics.
Very professional Explained all options Felt like he really wanted to get to the bottom of my problem
Dr. Minara took the time to listen to my concerns/questions and answered them thoroughly and took his time.
The actual office is a little hard to find inside the apt bldg, but other than that, everything was amazing. the Dr. was very informative and nice, the front desk staff and technician who did my x-rays were both very nice. A+
I really liked that he proposed the simplest remedies for my issue. He explained the other possibilities but was not pushing more complicated treatments than are necessary.
Through, informative information, answered all questions.
Dr. Minara's office staff really let me down. Never notified me of completion of repairs to orthotics, even though I followed up multiple times. Finally gave up on something that was promised in a week's time.
My visit was great! Dr. Minara was very thorough and took the time to explain all of my concerns. He listed all my options for treatment and gave great advice. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Mubarak is a very kind person.
Excellent and quick care.
He is wonderful! He has a great bedside manner, carefully listens to your concerns and explains in layman' terms what is going on and what needs to be done! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Dr Minara is extremely pleasant , very professional. And I would recommend him absolutely.
A very thoughtful, clear, patient, and intelligent doctor. Great in every way.
Dr. Minara and Ann, the PA, are both knowledgeable, caring and helpful!
He was down to earth and offered practical suggestions to help my feet feel better on an everyday basis. His assistant is nice too. It took some assertiveness on my part to communicate with the office staff about my insurance and what is covered. Happily, the Office Manager stepped in and assured me of the procedure they would do to check my coverage and cost to me before going ahead. She went the extra mile while the others seemed uninterested and dismissive of what I wanted to communicate about costs and billing. I'd recommend freshening up the office decor. Why do podiatrists seem to always have dull grey offices and furniture that has seen better days?
First impression was the reception area was very dingy and had a moldy smell. The receptionist was not friendly and did not even welcome a first rime patient. I only had to wait about 10 minutes ant then I heard my name yelled from around the corner. The assistant could not have walked 10 steps and bring me from the waiting are to the room. Dr.Minara prescribed medication which took over 2 days to be submitted to my pharmacy. I actually had to go into the office to make sure the prescription was called in. Dr. Minara is very nice but the office staff and the office could do with with some improvement as my initial impression was to leave.
Dr. Minara is an excellent practitioner. He explains the clinical picture, gives the patient options, is very reassuring.
He was the best specialist I have seen thus far for my chronic injury, and I have seen many this year.
Very friendly, very knowledgeable and patient.
Dr. Minara is the best. A great doctor. I would recommend him to anybody!!
Dr. Minara was extremely thorough during my visit with him. I didn't feel as though I was being rushed out, which is a feeling I have with most doctors I visit. Highly recommend him.
Dr. Minara was excellent in my consultation and gave me a full picture of what to expect from my surgery. I highly recommend him.
Dr Minara was fantastic - very thorough, even on odd problems, and gave realistic advice.
Very professional and took care of my problem.
Excellent office, excellent doctor!
Dr. Minara and all of the staff were very professional and very attentive to my issues and needs. I definitely will be visiting this office for future appointments.
Knowledgeable on runners issues with feet. They offer uncovered treatments which is a red flag for me, but advice on the injury was fine.
