I was happy I got squeezed in for this last minute appointment at 12:45 but not happy when I arrived at 12:30 and one of the receptionists brushed me off and told me to sign in with the other receptionist whomust've been away on lunch because she didn't return until 1PM and I wasn't seen until about 1:30. What's the point of making an appointment if I won't be seen during that time?

The doctor was awesome, but the office was not. I kept making appointments that were canceled last minute because the doctor wouldn't be in. Why was I able to book that appointment in the first place?

THE WORST DOCTOR'S VISIT AND EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Where to even begin. Made an appt for the morning, once I walked in and saw the crowded room, I checked in and I asked the wait time. Dr. Aziz was anhour late coming into the office so I waited 2 HOURS to see him. During this time the woman seated next to me (who was there before I arrived) shared that she has waited up to THREE HOURS to see him on multiple occasions. After my initial shock I shared with her this is not typical of how a well-organized doctor's office is run. That should have been my first clue. The waiting room was filled with patients to see him not because he's an outstanding doctor, but because time management is clearly not his specialty. After finally being brought to see the doctor he gave what I think you can consider a half-apology for the wait. Fast forward to AN ENTIRE MONTH and a half later after repeatedly calling the office asking for an update on my blood work, I finally call them to find out my blood work came in the week before. Nobody called once to set up the follow-up and to schedule an appt to discuss the results. After asking them on a Thursday to have the doctor call me when he came in again on the following Wednesday, no surprise nobody called and I had to follow-up with them. Once I did the front office says "Oh we have a note in here that the doctor wants you to schedule an appt" I waited a week for a call when the day after he has addressed it and NOONE called me to share this. Then after being so patient and repeatedly asking to speak to the doctor for some reason, they refused to put him on the phone (probably because he was so backed up he couldn't take 5 minutes on the phone). I shared with her that Dr.Aziz during my visit said he would speak with me as this location was out of the way. Finallyyyy after having to have another doctor step in I got a semi-answer regarding my blood work. A warning to anyone seeking medical care from him or at this office: THIS IS NOT THE STANDARD OF WHAT A DOCTOR'S OFFICE IS OR SHOULD BE. I can guarantee you the staff at this location is probably a reflection on how Dr.Aziz is as a doctor.

He is sweet and gentle. Very patient and informative. He also helped prescribe some over the counter medication which was cheap and affordable. He Even provided some sample medication which worked for me.

When I got to the office it was more rundown then I would have expected. I also have never been to a doctors office that had to have signs all over the place asking people not to verbally abuse the staff.I was about skeptical and almost walked out but when I met with the doctor he seemed very knowledgeable and had a good attitude. He scheduled me for an Endoscopy. It was scheduled and I was told I would get a phone call explaining to me how much my insurance would cover and most importantly what time my appointment was etc. now this is a procedure you have to be out to sleep for so I had to get my wife to take the day off work etc. I waited for the call and it never came. Since the appointment was the day after Labor Day I couldn't call the day before. The day of its 9:30am and still no call. I called the doctors office for half an hour before someone answered. The lady after much waiting finally said my appointment was at noon and she had a note that they tried callin but didn't get through. Ok then why not call again or email me or something. I told her I can't do a procedure where I am put to sleep with 2 hours notice. After more fumbling around she finally said she would reschedule me. This again left to putting me on hold and more sounds of fumbling around. After much waiting I asked what the issue was. She said it takes time to find an appointment. When I was in the office the guy offered me an appointment in less than a minute. I now understand why the office has to post signs asking people to not lash out at the staff. The disorganization is very frustrating. Now I didn't lash out but can see how someone could get frustrated. After much waiting I finally told her to forget it. So I wasted money on a consult to now have to see another doctor to schedule the procedure I need and the doctor wasted his time but not having a procedure that he could have filled with someone else. I half expected someone from the office to realize their failure here and fix this but nope.

I was very skeptical about going because the subject was uncomfortable but right away, Dr. Aziz made me feel at ease. He took the time to explain the causes of my symptoms and reassured me of solutions. We talked through allour options and I felt like he was really listening to me. I went to another doctor prior to him and Aziz is hands down the one I'm going to continue with. I walked out thinking, "that wasn't so bad!". Even though the office is a lil weird going in, don't be alarmed. Everyone there was very smart, personable and comforting. Highly, highly recommend.

Dr. Aziz exceeded my expectations- he was humble, inquisitive and very helpful. He made me feel relaxed and allowed me to ask numerous questions. He ended up calling me within 20 minutes after I'd left to communicate he'd gotten me anappointment for a referred surgeon. Overall, a 5-star visit and for somebody that doesn't normally leave online reviews, this is my way of paying it forward.
