He is sweet and gentle. Very patient and informative. He also helped prescribe some over the counter medication which was cheap and affordable. He Even provided some sample medication which worked for me.
Dr. Saad Aziz was very professional. He seemed to be genuinely concerned with my health. He explained everything to me and gave me options. I felt extremely comfortable interacting with him. I would recommend him to other patients.
Dr Aziz is an amazing doctor !
When I got to the office it was more rundown then I would have expected. I also have never been to a doctors office that had to have signs all over the place asking people not to verbally abuse the staff. I was about skeptical and almost walked out but when I met with the doctor he seemed very knowledgeable and had a good attitude. He scheduled me for an Endoscopy. It was scheduled and I was told I would get a phone call explaining to me how much my insurance would cover and most importantly what time my appointment was etc. now this is a procedure you have to be out to sleep for so I had to get my wife to take the day off work etc. I waited for the call and it never came. Since the appointment was the day after Labor Day I couldn't call the day before. The day of its 9:30am and still no call. I called the doctors office for half an hour before someone answered. The lady after much waiting finally said my appointment was at noon and she had a note that they tried callin but didn't get through. Ok then why not call again or email me or something. I told her I can't do a procedure where I am put to sleep with 2 hours notice. After more fumbling around she finally said she would reschedule me. This again left to putting me on hold and more sounds of fumbling around. After much waiting I asked what the issue was. She said it takes time to find an appointment. When I was in the office the guy offered me an appointment in less than a minute. I now understand why the office has to post signs asking people to not lash out at the staff. The disorganization is very frustrating. Now I didn't lash out but can see how someone could get frustrated. After much waiting I finally told her to forget it. So I wasted money on a consult to now have to see another doctor to schedule the procedure I need and the doctor wasted his time but not having a procedure that he could have filled with someone else. I half expected someone from the office to realize their failure here and fix this but nope.
The staff gave me the wrong address
Dr. Aziz was very personable and insightful. Did not rush and took his time explaining things. Really liked him. Yay. Bc finding someone you are comfortable with isn't always easy, specially when you're covering personal matters. Thank youu
Took his time and had a good plan for treatment. Explained everything thoroughly. Very personable and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!
I was very skeptical about going because the subject was uncomfortable but right away, Dr. Aziz made me feel at ease. He took the time to explain the causes of my symptoms and reassured me of solutions. We talked through all our options and I felt like he was really listening to me. I went to another doctor prior to him and Aziz is hands down the one I'm going to continue with. I walked out thinking, "that wasn't so bad!". Even though the office is a lil weird going in, don't be alarmed. Everyone there was very smart, personable and comforting. Highly, highly recommend.
Very pleased. Clean facility. Dr Aziz very sincerely listened to what i had to say and was realistic about care plans. He very patiently answered all of my questions.
Dr. Aziz exceeded my expectations- he was humble, inquisitive and very helpful. He made me feel relaxed and allowed me to ask numerous questions. He ended up calling me within 20 minutes after I'd left to communicate he'd gotten me an appointment for a referred surgeon. Overall, a 5-star visit and for somebody that doesn't normally leave online reviews, this is my way of paying it forward.
Dr. Aziz was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and provided more than one alternative to my diagnosis. Office staff was also very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend this medical office to a friend.
