Once I was seen by people, it was great. My only advice I would give to the office is to turn down the scent in the office. It was very strong. Everyone there was incredibly friendly.

I was very impressed by this office. The staff was very sweet and professional, and they helped me navigate the many parts of my diagnostic visit (vitals, EKG, internist eval, bloodwork, urine, echocardiogram, heart monitor consult). They spoke to me by name and treated me with respect. I am very glad I found them!

I was very happy with the professionals who saw me. The wait time was unacceptable. Even after waiting over an hour to see the doctor, there was then a 20 minute wait just to check out with the receptionist after I was done.

Dr. Cavaleri is great because he is super thorough and has helped me get my blood pressure under control with the right medication mix which no one has been able to do in a really long time but he also has a fabulous bedside manner. A lot of doctors and nurses can make you feel like it’s your fault when you have high blood pressure and when it definitely is not (or even when it is) that only makes it climb higher. He always calms me down and makes me feel better and like there is a solution, which is especially important in a cardiologist.

Did not like his professionalism at all. He had a way of talking to you as if you are asking a stupid question. I asked him about referring me for a brain assessment and he’s looking at me spaced out saying he don’t know what that is. I said what do u mean you don’t know? And i even had time to say okay if u don’t know what it is refer me because i read the pamphlet. Until i said that he’s telling me he’s not the doctor and he doesn’t know how to interpret these things. It would have been helpful if he was aware of what the medical office offers to give correct information to patients if they asked. Or even tell me from the beginning he doesn’t refer patients for that i would have to go to the front desk and request and appointment to see a neurologist.

This doctor is not your typical medical practitioner that can't wait to write a prescription and looks at all other possibilities before going to his pad. I appreciate that.

it was very good. The Doctor was very polite and kind. He answered patiently a lot of questions I had. He walked me through the procedures with details and listened to me carefully. His staff is super helpful and polite. I am always very nervous when it comes to needles and the nurse saw that and she randomly brought mt two cookies.

I picked this doctor because of the wide availability. Little did I know that this office is messed up. Even though you already have a referral to see the cardiologist from your own medical doctor, they make you see one on the date that you scheduled to see this doctor on ZocDoc. After 5-6 HOURS of waiting, I was seen by the MD, who saw me for 2 minutes and then left. She was unprofessional. She just referred me to get tests (which I was already given referrals to). I then had to make appointments to do the different tests because they made me wait so long that the staff had left. I made the appointment in the office to see this cardiologist. After 3 hours of waiting, I was finally seen for 5 minutes. He was cold and didn’t care about my worries at all. He overlooked everything and said that I didn’t need to be seen by him. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!

Meh. Seemed uniformed and rather nonchalant about something as serious as cardiology. I felt better with the tech who actually performed my stress test. Doctor listened to my heart, glanced at my chart and said I was fine. No real inquiry about my heart/health history, no advice or genuine care. Seemed all too happy with using his hand sanitizer and sending me on my way. He and Dr. Michelle Epstein are a waste of time and my health benefits.

This office look more like an urgent care clinic then an actual office. The 1st thing they tell you is how you maybe responsible for a large sum of money because your insurance company doesn't pay for every exam. It gave me that feeling they where more interested in $$. The 1st doctor you see, least the one I had, seemed to know his stuff.

Dr. Cavaleri seems like a fully competent doctor, but the office he's located in is a real problem and his bedside manner leaves something to be desired. The office attempts to be a one-stop shop combining primary care doctors and specialists. They do not tell you that when you schedule an appointment with a specialist that you'll have to see an internist first. The internist I saw there not only gave me an incredible amount of anxiety about a condition she had not even diagnosed yet but also prescribed me a medication that I had listed on my paperwork that I was allergic to. Once I got past the visit with the internist and got to see Dr. Cavaleri on my second visit, he seemed like a good possible fit. But once I received a diagnosis, he not only did not schedule an appointment to discuss it but also made it sound like he was put out by my asking questions about a life-threatening condition. I am sure that he's probably a good doctor for someone else. But if you are looking for someone who makes you feel at ease in a scary situation, I don't think it is him. And they really need to work on the way that the office is structured so that patients are not blind-sided about having to jump through hoops of various doctors.

As in any office, you have some initial paperwork, but nothing over whelming. It took just a few minutes. The location and hours are very convenient. The office staff was very polite, friendly, and fast. The online patient portal and electronic receipts keep you connected and informed. The portal is a bug plus. The initial appointment is very thorough. I know some people may not like doing some tests over again, but it's great to ensure accuracy and even better when getting a second opinion. The doctors, technicans, and other allied medical staff were attentive and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. Just the opposite. I felt like it was a productive appointment. It was a great experience.
