Courteous, professional, and most important very personable.
Great doc. Fun, personable, got the job done.
Dr Gaudino was friendly, go bedside manner. Answered all my questions, explained different steps I need to take. He was great.
I highly recommend Dr Guadino, has a fantastic bedside manner, not an alarmist, easy going demeanor, listens and answers all questions, makes you feel very comfortable. Warm office environment, clean and bright.
AMAZING. Every single person in the office made me feel taken care of. I was in a lot of pain, and I felt heard and respected. The nurses, who all introduced themselves to me, and Dr. Guadino assured me that I was going to be taken care of.
Very clear and helpful communication about diagnosis, next steps and pricing. Would recommend. Also, no wait time or other issues.
Dr. Gaudino was not available the day of my scheduled appointment. There was another doctor there Dr. T, she was wonderful. I had another visit after the first and now about to have foot surgery. I also met Dr. Loor he was very nice. Overall my whole experience was wonderful, every staff member.
Complete lack of transparency around what I thought was a routine visit. The office indicated that my insurance covered the routine visit but I was denied coverage and charged for a number of upsells. Avoid at all costs.
Very knowledgeable told me a very detail survey of my foot problem very concern about my condition
i really like the fact that they are opened late, that's very convenient. There was a delay in registration since the secretary seemed to be given too many tasks. Hopefully since now i will no longer be a new patient that shouldn't be a problem. The doctors were very thorough and even did x-rays on the spot, i was happy with the service and would definitely recommend.
Very knowledgeable and professional. Fully addressed my issue and gave recommendations. I will be using the office going forward!
Felt very well taken care of, doctor understood my problem and is working with me to fix my problem and make me better. Very glad I found this doctor !!
