My first time to fill out or be registered on line through zocdoc, but unfortunately the office said they did not receive it or means i still was not registered when i arrived at the doctor's office. Dr. Mendicino introduced himself and explained thoroughly surgical treatment for my foot complain.
Very professional and assuring
Very congenial. Nice staff. Dr. Mendicino gave me a thorough explanation of my condition and also a name of another dr for another opinion.
In and Out. Got treated right then and there. Appointment was set to 9:15 - appointment started right on time. It was my first time visiting Dr. Mendicino and I LOVE him already. He treated the problem right then and there. He made me feel comfortable and I am very happy with his clinic and staff.
Front desk clerk seemed like she wanted to strangle each person that came in. She was very unwelcoming but the rest of the staff was good. 4 stars overall.
Dr. Was thorough
He was thorough, educated me on the condition (plantar facisitis) latex out the treatment plan and I have obtained significant relief in under 24 hours!! In addition I was in and out in under 35 minutes. All around great experience. Though he lord me not to, I am going to call him a "miracle worker!" Tiffany B.
It went well . He knew exactly what the problem was & I was in & out .
Everyone was super nice and very efficient from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. The Dr answered every question I had and was so easy to understand. I will return for sure.
it was ok,
Staff wasn't knowledgeable. Doc forced me to take xrays. It was obvious, all they cared about is making money from my insurance. Gave me a pain injection and that was it.
All of Dr. Mendicino's staff were amazing and I loved Dr. M's easy-breezy manner, which put me at ease about the procedure I was having. Wonderful!
I really loved the nurse and doctor. Everything was explained step by step and everyone was very helpful.
He addressed all my concerns except how to treat my turf toe. Overall great experience!
I would highly recommend! Front desk was friendly. And Dr. Mendocino was very helpful!
I showed up early and was seen right away. I was able to fill out the documents ahead of time on zocdoc and all I had to do was sign the standard forms when I checked in. Process of getting the xrays and being seen by the doc was super fast and easy. Highly recommend!
Excellent doctor. Very positive, relaxed exam and explanation of issues/resolutions.
Dr. Samuels was professional and knowledgeable. As well as very helpful. His staff was also friendly and exceptionally helpful..
The doctor himself, was quick and informative- but the experience of the office and other office staff was really uncomfortable and undesirable. Conversations with the admitting nurse seemed judgmental and strange, and I felt quite tossed about in this office.
It was very helpful and answered my questions about my foot problems. Parking space is a bit tought at that huge facility but the doc and his office and staff were excellent.
Very good, he was very knowledgable and helped me right away.
All went well, however, I had to refill the forms because the secretary was not able to locate them online
Straight-forward and very informative. He diagnosed my problem immediately and told me everything I needed to know.
Very professional and pleasant physician.
Very good doctor,
very good, he knew what he was doing and he was very informative.
I really liked the doctor a lot. I think he could have been a little bit more personable but I appreciated how quickly the visit went through. I also really appreciate it when my doctors take the time to greet me or acknowledge me when i'm limping through their area. Also I think one of his nurses could work on her bedside manner. I was on the xray machine for my foot and clearly unable to balance myself and the nurse took forever to operate the machine, when I expressed discomfort I was told to be patient, which I found incredibly aggravating in my already awful predicament! The doctor was great though.
Dr. Mendicino was great! The wait time was not long at all and he has a great personality! The location is also good. Parking can be hit or miss so show up 10 minutes early to ensure you find a spot.
Godo visit, will do follow up
His approach and personality made me fill at ease. He appears to be very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend him.
Re-visit is also top notch service, as good as the first one. Patient, and encouraging. An efficient 10 minute check gets the job done!
He is professional, friendly, efficient, patient, but straight to the point when it comes to the operation. Fixed my nail in no time. The nurse here is also top notch, very helpful. Very much appreciate your work.
