Dr. Siegler won't be everybody's cup of tea, but I like him. I like his no-nonsense approach and blunt honesty.
As a new patient I knew wait time would be long but the reason for my appt was to get to the bottom of a chronic cough that, after 10 yrs of no diagnosis from multiple doctors, he was synaptic to my frustration and dismay. He came up with a plan that didn’t feel like yet another bandaid for symptoms. Results not in yet but nice to experience a doc who cared. His my new PCP for sure
very good doctor
Office front and back staff has poor manners and do not have much knowledge of medical insurance, especially at check out, MA was decent. The waiting time was long because they roomed 3 patients who came after me.
I find Dr. Siegler to be very upfront and pleasant . His staff is very good and professional . The only issue I have is his view on Obama care (ACA) which is the same one that most physicians have here in the USA. We disagree on this issue.
I see Dr. Siegler on a quarterly basis. He has always been professional. He provides each patient the resources to improve their quality of life. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Siegler and his nurses are very kind and make you feel comfortable!!'
He is always nice and personable.
It was as if he had never met me before. Last visit he was very complimentary. This time he was very rude and it’s as if he hadn’t read my file.
Dr. Siegler is very professional (and knowledgeable) and yet at the same time he puts you at ease. I trust him completely.
He is always nice and in a good mood. Listens to your concerns. A good Dr.
My visit went well. He is very professional and yet at the same times makes you feel at ease. He knows what he's doing!!!
He is very honest and to the point. He listens. He makes a plan w you and explains everything. Very pleased
I see Dr. Samuel L. Siegler II on a quarterly basis. He has always been professional along with his staff. He is to the point and I never feel rushed. I am blessed to have him as my primary care physician. .
I typically don't like male doctors, but I really enjoyed Dr. Siegler. Thank you!
Have been seeing Dr Siegler over 20 years. Would not go any where else.
Seems very professional and easy to talk to.
I think he is nice and he doesn't treat a person as if he is a know it all while we know nothing.
Probably the worst experience I have ever with a doctor. He was dressed like a slob, used foul language, and made me feel very uncomfortable.
Dr. Siegl er took the time to make sure I understood my test results and discussed all options regarding my care.
I was just there for a physical, but he's an extremely confident doctor who easily relates to his patients. I'll go back for any health issue I have.
He is a great doctor. I have been seeing him for over 20 years. He is honest. He listens and provides great feedback. His staff is friendly and professional.
LOVE HIM AS MY DR.
Very helpful with my problem. Quick pain relief for back issues.
I have been a patient for several years. Dr. Siegler is a to the point doctor. I appreciate his honesty. I have no complaints.
Good first encounter
Very pleasant! Made me feel very relaxed && actually interested in ME.
Dr. Siegler is an excellent primary physician. He is both knowledgeable and reasonable.
Very efficient office and staff. Dr. Siegler is polite and professional, but no-nonsense. No sugar-coating or hand-holding here. He gets right to the point in a clear, concise, but encouraging, manner. I am very satisfied with him, and would indeed recommend him to others.
Great. Have been seeing him for over 20 years. Would not change.
Dr. Siegler takes the time to listen to all concerns and addresses them. He's a Dr. who actually cares.
5th time visiting Dr. Siegler in the last 2 years. I appreciate that he is straight to the point, and has never failed to help "cure" what has ailed me each visit. Great doctor.
Dr. Siegler is a great doctor - he knows his stuff and doesn't waste time.
Listens well Answers all questions.
Dr. Siegler will listen to you and gets to the point. He is good at communicating why he is doing something.
I wish the doctor would be more detailed when describing my diagnosis. For most patients this may be a new issue for them and a lot of questions that he doesn't really answer. Straight to the point but very vague in detail. Leaves the patients out on the cold and on their own to figure out what to do.
Immediately upon walking into the office I felt comfortable. This was my first time visiting Dr. Siegler and I am always nervous meeting a new doctor. The staff is highly knowledgeable and very welcoming. The facility is very clean and calming. Dr. Siegler is very straight forward. I feel this is an excellent quality in a physician. He explained things in a way I can understand and I he listened! This is very hard to find in a doctor these days. He took his time explaining options to me along with giving me names of specialty physicians who he felt would be a good fit for my needs.
Excellent ice breaking topic which led to other intellectual topics as well. No significant change occurs without a significant relationship. The doctor and I established a professional relationship immediately. I respect his right to let me express my candid opinions, and I in turn gave him the courtesy as well. We might not see eye to eye on different intellectual topics, that's fine with me. His skill at assessing my medical needs superseded my wildest expectation. If I saw him surrounded by a pack of wolves, I have enough respect for him as a person, I would jump in to help! Thank you.
Great attitude, kind and pasient
Very interested in my overall health. This was my first visit with Dr. Siegler and he made sure I had the necessary referrals for continuing care.
I really like Dr. Siegler. Our personalities seem to mesh well and I am here to see him for some difficult issues. I enjoy my visits.
I have always enjoyed Dr. Sam. He is quite frank and practical on his diagnosis, and prognosis.
Dr. Siegler gets down to business fast, does not concern himself with a bunch of niceties but is not an unpleasant or uncaring doctor. He diagnosed and treated my condition expeditiously and asked for a follow-up visit to ensure all was well after the treatment. His staff are ALL extremely nice and helpful, one of them went out of their way to help me with an insurance problem, which I found unusual in a Doctors office. Lastly, I didn't have to wait long and was in and out quickly. I highly recommend.
PROs Very professional beside manner Kind staff Called personally to tell me my lab results and recommend follow-up action, very timely (about 3 days) after my appointment CONs Slow office -- The wait was about 45 minutes the first time, and 30 minutes the second time. The first time, there was an emergency with a man having cut his hand, so I figured it was abnormal. Second visit I was the very first patient. Both consultations (time with doctor Siegler) were extremely brief, less than 5 minutes, and they just involved me getting a perscription for lab results. No physical exam. All I really wanted was the blood work, but it would have been nice to have a more comprehensive physical.
He had a great sense of humor. Very upfront with his answers. Answered all of my questions and seemed like he genuinely cared. Overall would recommend him. We did wait an hour from check in to being seen.
Dr. Siegler is professional, direct and friendly. Wait time was zero. I highly recommend him!
Dr. Siegler has a very professional bedside manner, listens intently and makes you feel as if you are his only patient. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Siegler and his staff always conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner. They care about the patients and their well being. I've been a patient of his for more than 10 years. I'm very satisfied with the care I've received. I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback for my recent visit. Thank you, Vicki K.
Dr. Seigneurial is amazing!!!
Dr Sam Siegler is very blunt but highly competent in getting ailments fixed, knowledge of appropriate meds and what insurance will cover and not. I like his style. No BS, reasonably on schedule and competent.
My appointment was for 10:30am and I arrived at 10:30, having already submitted all my forms online. Even so, the reception ladies called me up to the window for various things they were confused by or forgot to ask for the previous times. I waited in the waiting area for an hour before I was called back to an exam room. The very sweet nurse took my vitals, asked a few questions, and told me to sit tight for a few minutes while the doctor finished up with another patient. I could hear him, for the entire next hour while I sat in the exam room with yellowing walls, first argue with the patient in the next room, then debate politics with him. Eventually, that same sweet nurse interrupted his political diatribe and told him he had other patients. He made his closing arguments and meandered his way to my exam room. He did not apologize for making me wait. All he said was "I didn't know I had other appointments today". He listened to my lungs and heartbeat, stared at me for a few minutes, and determined I'm healthy as a horse. He did order a Hepatitis C test for me because I have tattoos. Apparently that's still a thing people think tattooed people are giving to each other.
Excellent dr always keep it real.
I've been Dr. Siegler's patient for over 20 years and would have no problem recommending him to anyone looking for a PCP.
I've never had a worse experience with a doctor. From the long wait time, to the political bumper sticker on the front window (why would anyone want to know the political affiliation of their doctor?), to the fact that he failed to listen to me or what I needed, to the fact that I felt uncomfortable in his presence, everything was incredibly unprofessional and inefficient. I would never recommend Dr. Siegler or his practice, especially to another woman.
Quick and to the point, took care of my issue.
Upon walking into the office you're greeted by a giant "TRUMP: Make America Great Again" sticker on the reception desk window. I was a little dumbfounded, tbh, that a doctor's political leanings would be displayed in such a manner, but the fact that it's in support of someone who is widely considered to be a sexist bigot is even more bizarre. Anyway, just my personal opinion, but to me the Trump sticker was incredibly off-putting. Wait time was very short and dr was in within minutes, but seemed rather annoyed. I was just the polite, common courtesy "Hi how are you" and his reply was a curt "...another day..." . I was like, "oooookkkkkaaaayyy". We got off on the wrong foot and I took another comment he made personally, which didn't help matters, but the more we chatted the more I realized that was just his personality. I can come off as very dry myself and it isn't intended in a rude manner; I think that was the case here. That said, if my roll is as a PCP and I want to build a good relationship with my patient then I would make a better effort to make a welcoming first impression. All in all his demeanor wouldn't keep me from returning, though. That Trump sticker though....
I was just there this morning for a BP check, but I did realized today that I have been going to Dr. Siegler for 20 years that's a long time and I have never had any bad experiences there. I like that he is down to earth and straight forward. He is just an overall a kind and caring person and it shows during the visits with him.
Angelica is awesome!
Have been seeing Dr. Siegler for over 17 years. Best Doctor I have ever had.
Well, He he couldn't do to much he 's wait on my medical file from the other Doctor.
An excellent and thorough physician. I hope to keep him forever.
Dr. Siegler was very patient with me and was very detailed when answering my questions.
Dr. Siegler is extremely knowledgeable, caring and takes the time to listen to his patients in order to provide them with an accurate diagnosis and the best course of treatment.
His staff was professional but they did not tell me what to expect in regards to my annual physical . This was my first visit.
Only the first visit, but likable doctor so far. Seems to be concerned for his patient's overall well-being.
Dr. Siegler is Grrreat, but his staff SUCKS. I'm considering seeking a different PCP.
he and his staff has always treated me excellent.
Dr Siegler was very informative and patient with me. He answered all my questions and eased my fears I had. He made my visit enjoyable!
I have been going to Dr. Siegler for about three years. He has helped me immensely by encouraging me to lose weight thereby getting my sugars levels under control, helping me to feel better and overall condition of my health. I highly recommend his services.
Very professional and very pleasant. Doctor is very direct and takes time to explain any diagnosis or advanced treatment. Doctor Siegler has a great personality and having been a patient of his for several years have grown to accept him as a good friend.
Dr. Siegler seems down to earth and pragmatic. Easy to talk to.
My 1 year experience with doctor Sigler have been a very good experience. Good doctor that will tell you how it is no sugar coating.
Sadly, I had an unfavorable visit with Dr. Siegler. I had an appointment at 3:45 and I wasn't seen until just before 5:00PM. He walked in, and one of the first things he says to me is "It's the end of the day!". He also looked at his watch a few times throughout the visit. Look, I get it, I work in the medical field and with patients too, and some days you just want to go home. But at no time would I ever convey to a patient they are a burden and is stopping me from leaving for the day. He quickly diagnosed a couple of possibilities based on my symptoms and then needed me to wait nearly three weeks before getting any lab testing done to get answers. That's understandable, except he essentially said "tough it out." Do not EVER tell your patients to tough it out! My visit with him was all of 5 minutes. Just generally one of the least favorable visits I've had with a doctor and will not be returning.
Dr. Samual takes the Time to listen to your concerns and works with you to figure out a solution. Thanks, Dr.
Dr. Siegler has kept me healthy for years and does a great job in recommending treatments for my diabetes and blood pressure issues.
Really listens to your needs. His a winner. Thanks
My visits with Dr. Siegler and his team are always a great experience. He is one of few down to earth docs and when I leave you leave knowing you have been taken care of. Great group of individuals!
The best doctor I've ever had. That's why I've come back to his care.
Dr. Siegler has many patients and you think that he certainly can't remember you out of all of them...especially since you don't see him every week or month. But he always familiarizes himself with your particular issues before he comes into the room and he always remembers little personal things about you and he always makes you feel that your health is indeed important to him. I admire him as a professional and would readily recommend him to anyone as a caring PCP.
Was very brief in his visit. I showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment yet nobody was at the front desk. Took more than 20 minutes for someone to show up. Waited over an hour for a visit. Need to work on their scheduling.
Pofessional, knowledgeable, courteous. I needed help and he came through. I feel blessed to have him as my Doctor. I highly recomend him!!!
Actually feel more confident that now I have a doctor that really getting to the bottom of my health..
I am surprised by the number of positive reviews. While the nurse was very nice, this appointment took a ridiculous amount of time and I wasn't seen by anyone for almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time. The nurse did everything. I saw the doctor for maybe a minute, he dismissed the medication I told him had previously worked and instead prescribed something I told him had not worked for me. He obviously doesn't listen to a word his patients are saying and I'm quite disappointed with my visit.
I like Dr Siegler very much but I dont understand why he charges me for an extended visit when he does not do any examination. We just discuss my lab results and the visit prior to this one, he just gave me an order for the lab because the first one had expired.
Dr. Siegler is very knowledgeable, very professional, and he cares about my health. I consider myself fortunate to be under his care. Dan N Houston
He is Great! He has been my doctor for over 20 years.
Once I finally saw the doctor, it was fine. However, I waited over an hour and a half which is unacceptable.
Straight forward and level-headed.
I'm looking forward to my follow up visit.
So far my visit has been productive and pleasant. My only concern is his office should have inside plumbing, electricity and keep the chickens caged during visiting hours!!!!!!
