Puts you at ease right away. Engaged, attentive, and nonjudgmental. Excellent doctor and I’m very happy to have found her!
I’ve had less than pleasant experiences with doctors in the past but this was a complete turn around! The staff were quick and efficient and Dr. Crane was great. We chatted and I got my IUD 15 minutes later. Knowledgeable and friendly!
Dr. Crane was terrific! Very knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an OB/GYN in the Boston area.
It was nice relief to talk to someone kind and knowledgable. Who listened and respected my decisions.
She was very good
Dr. Sarah Crane was WONDERFUL. But more than that, she was truly honest and professional. I had a fantastic experience with her (especially because it concerned getting an IUD). She addressed any and all my concerns both in person and via the hospital’s web portal. I expressed to her how I couldn’t get an IUD put in the first time around with a different OB-GYN because it was so, excruciatingly painful. She guided me through the whole process and soon afterwards I had Skyla inserted. All the side effects were as Dr. Crane said they would be. She told me the cramping would be painful in the beginning, but it would get better over time. She told me the chance of me gaining weight was very, very small, and she was right! Almost five months later and I feel fantastic!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!
We had a very nice conversation, she made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend her.
Friendly, professional and informative- everything you would want an OB/GYN to be
She's truly the best. easy to get a hold of. Absolutely one of the best
She was great!
Everyone was so friendly!
I LIKED HER DEMEANOR AND KINDNESS, FRIENDLY.
Dr. Crane was so awesome. She was kind, to the point, and took the time and effort to talk through all of my concerns. I so appreciated her attitude and expertise!
Dr . Sarah is an awesome person, very nice and polite. She hears everything patiently and is very caring fowards her patients. I think I will be seeing her all through in future when I will be pregnant.
My visit with Dr. Crane was great. She listened to me carefully, gave me a lot of feedback to all of my questions. She is great! Highly recommended!. I'll definitely stick with her :)
Really long wait, but I was expecting it because it's a doctor's office. Dr. Crane was extremely helpful and she explained everything.
I was a patient of Dr Crane's for years when she was at another clinic, and switched to BMC when I saw she moved. She is the best OB-GYN I have gone to, she is very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. The rest of the office staff was also very pleasant and professional.
I had a wonderful experience once I actually met with Dr. Crane. However, the wait was a little long. My appointment was scheduled for 5pm and I was not seen by the doctor until about 5:45. All of the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Best doctor ever!!!! She answers all my questions
Wonderful! Dr. Crane was very nice and engaging; I had a great conversation with her and felt very comfortable.
very professional and concerned.
Sarah was really knowledgeable and friendly. Very caring.
Dr. Crane is extremely warm and friendly. She made me feel so comfortable, and I will definitely recommend her to friends.
She's been my doctor for 20 years. Love her!
The check in process is a tad tedious, but meeting Dr. Sarah Crane made it all worth it. She is such a great doctor! Very knowledgable, gentle, sympathetic and simply wonderful!
The doctor sees a lot of patients and I think this is why she is so disorganized. A high professional, but the waiting time is horrible. Spent an hour and a half for an annual physical (one hour and 10 minutes of which was waiting for the doctor being in and out of the room).
Dr. Crane answered all my questions respectfully and was very patient. Additionally the nurses at BMC were absolutely amazing. They were comforting and even encouraging. Highly recommend!!
This is the most disgusting poorly run facility that I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I waited over an hour to be seen, I was more or less forced to receive a shot of guardasil and contracted a bacterial infection.
Dr. Crane is professional, thourough , and caring. She takes her time and listens . In this day and age this is a rare commodity.
Sarah Crane herself is an excellent Doctor, but her office is not prepared to take ZocDoc patients.
I am obsessed with Dr. Sara Crane, she is very helpful and easy to contact. She was on time and easy to talk to. Highly Recommend !
Dr. Crane and the entire staff were wonderful. Warm, friendly and enthusiastic. Would recommend to anyone!!
She was very kind and professional. She answered all my questions and was able to make me feel at ease. I came in early to my appointment and to my surprise, I was let in right away!
She took a lot of time with me and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend.
Dr. Crane is just great! Highly recommended!
Dr. Crane is an excellent OBGYN. She made sure I was comfortable and was very thorough in her explanation of treatment options. I highly recommend her!
Dr. Crane is incredibly kind and knowledgeable! She was informative about options, listened to our concerns and was patient and helpful. I would not see any other Doctor for my preconception needs, she is wonderful!
I enjoyed Dr. Crane. She was friendly and informative!
She was extremely professional and had an amazing bedside manner. I would definitely recommend her.
I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Crane!! She was extremely helpful, she really listened to the patient and what they had to say, and really seemed to want to help. I felt totally comfortable with her and would definitely go back. My only complaint is that I waited for a long time-almost 45 minutes-before being called to the back, and the desk staff couldn't seem to be able to tell me how much longer it would be. They said they would check, but then I never heard from them. But, I'm hoping they were just having an off day!
Dr. Crane is very nice and approachable. I felt comfortable talking to her. You can tell she actually cares about her job and isn't just trying to get people in and out of the door. I had to wait for 15 minutes or so before seeing her, but it wasn't too bad. They also have electronic records, which you can access online. It was nice to see a doctor's office that's entered the 21st century.
Dr. Crane has been my doctor for nearly 20 years, so glad to find her again. She's wonderful!
Dr. Crane was really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment! I would highly recommend her.
My overall vistin WITH Dr. Crane was very pleasant. but my experience before meeting with her was very unpleasant. One of the nurses taking my vitals asked me when my last period was and I told them about two months before and they proceeded to ask me if I was pregnant and I said no before I could explain to the nurse that I usually have irregular periods he proceeded to say are you stupid? How are you not pregnant but you haven't had a period in two months? I said excuse me. after I took the pregnancy test and it came back negative he proceeded to apologize. Weither he apologized or not I feel it was unprofessional.
Dr. Crane was very attentive & listened to all of my concerns. She came up with a solution quickly & thoroughly. HIGHLY a recommend.
Very professional and warm. Doesn't ask super personal questions like my other doctors used to, but also knows how to make comfortable small talk. Loved her!
It was well. I did the check up and got my prescriptions.
Dr. Crane was wonderful. However, this is not an environment I'm comfortable being in for future OBGYN services, i.e., pre/post-natal care. This is in no way a reflection of Dr. Crane, but while I was waiting in the exam room, several Suffolk County inmates shuffled past in their ankle shackles. I get that inmates need OBGYNs, too, but the hospital environment is not for me.
Dr. Crane was SO nice and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. She even called me within hours of my appointment to followup about something.
