She's a good doctor but unfortunately, she's moving. I had no issues until the last months when she was relocating. Communication seemed to be a HUGE issue. I had actively tried to get in contact with her and left voicemails inregards to lab work paperwork. I was contacted a month later asking why I had not completed a bloodwork/drug screen all while I was actively calling her office multiple times for the paperwork needed to get said lab work complete and being turned around at the laboratory twice. This was an extremely embarrassing situation for me as I tend to be on top of my stuff and I was now being looked as being deceitful, I cannot be taking time off work and school every other day. Very embarrassing situation and not of my character. Any other than that she's a good doctor, because of her I have my life somewhat back on track and if I can continue my treatment I will soon graduate from University. *get an email address from her staff*

She’s got to be the sweetest person I’ve ever met. Her medical staff were just as sweet and helpful. Definitely wasn’t a boring usual trip to the doctor. Super glad I was able to find Dr. Gardner again.

Dr. Gardner was very caring and thorough. She seemed genuinely concerned about my issues and made me feel very comfortable discussing them openly. I was more impressed by the fact that her MA raved about how great Dr. Gardner is and how she truly enjoys working with her.

Doctor was super nice and helpful during the appointment, but it's been an entire day plus some hours and she still hasn't called in my prescription. The front desk took my pharmacy information and then called in the afternoon to tellme they didn't have the pharmacy Information, I called back and gave them the number and a couple hours later I called the pharmacy and they still didn't have anything. I call the doctor back and the person that was on the phone was really rude and told me she will get to it. Still nothing. Every doctor appointment I have ever had they called in the prescription as you are leaving the appointment. Doctor was so friendly and wonderful but I may not return due to the rude office staff person.

Dr. Gardner addresses all aspects of patient care in a professional and caring manner. She also ensures that all patients are keeping their other medical needs up-to-date (i.e., tetanus/flu/pneumonia injections, women's gynecological well checks, etc). I would highly recommend Dr. Sarah Gardner!!

Dr Gardner was great. She was very nice and really took the time to talk with me and hear my concerns. She had a great personality and her staff was really friendly and professional. Most Dr's don't give you time ofday And they see you for 2 min. And you really didn't get the help you needed. She is great and very caring.

She was GREAT! Very nice, caring and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable as well as her staff. I was expecting to be there for a while as with most doctors, but to my surprise I was in an examroom in about 10 min. I will definitely be keeping her as my primary care doctor and I suggest you guys check her out as well.
