Patient reviews for Dr. Sarah Worley
She was very nice, thorough and professional. She listened and responded rather than having a “rehearses” type bedside manner.
I was asked to come to the office 15 minutes before my appointment time, but his was not necessary because I filled out all the forms on line. I like filling out the forms on line. I was taken back from the waiting room about 15 minutes after my appointment time, weighed, blood pressure, etc. Then I waited in the examining room for about an hour. I was disappointed with this wait time. I found Dr. Worley to be personable, and interested in solving my issue with medicare, Rotech, and my CPAP machine rental, even when she was not certified as a pulmonary expert. She took all the relevant information and said she would talk to who she had to to solve my problem. I appreciate that attitude.
Dr. Worley listened and gave me solid advice.
She reallly took her time with me and discussed my issues in detail and respected my opinions on my treatment.
Dr. Worley is a great listener and I felt very comfortable with her.
She really took the time to listen and really get my history and get my opinions and thoughts.
Dr. Worley is a wonderful Doctor. Also, she is amazingly available. We are so fortunate to be her patients. We feel more secure knowing she is our Doctor.
Kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. So glad that I found her practice!
I didn't feel rushed.
We really appreciate Dr Worley and her team. Sharon and I consider ourselves most fortunate to have Dr. Worley as our Doctor.
Dr. Worley is very down to earth and someone with great bedside manner! It was my first appointment and I'll definitely be back!
In over 40 years of seeing doctors as an adult this is the first time I will not return to see a (this) physician again. I almost got up in the middle of my appointment with her to just leave. She demonstrated poor patient assessment skills in my opinion based on my circumstances, was dismissive of my concerns about drug side effects, refused to prescribe a drug that I had taken intermittently for years to mitigate pain and discomfort and which has helped markedly improve my quality of life, did not LISTEN to me, and lastly exhibited an abrasive attitude — I will never return to this Erlanger clinic again until and unless she is gone.
