I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff. Dr. Thakkar has a great bedside manner and took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and worked with me to devise the best course of treatment. He treated me as an individual, not a statistic. For the first time in months I'm optimistic about my condition.
Dr. Thakkar is an extremely competent and caring doctor. No question is left unanswered. He fully explains his concerns and findings. Further he is very clear on the course of action he recommends to take care of the problem. Dr. Thakkar makes you feel like you are his only patient and doesn't rush through your appointment. I am very grateful to him.
All staff were very helpful and kind. Appointment time was 9 am, saw doctor at 10. Xrays were made in the meantime. Good experience overall.
Dr. Thakkar is extremely patient and caring. He never tires of answering questions, explaining what he is planning and putting even the most anxious patient at ease. So grateful to have him as my surgeon! Further, his assistant Rochelle is patient and kind. Wonderful team.
Overworked doctor meant a one hour wait with a distracted doctor.
Office was well organized with competent and pleasant staff. Only negative is the too heavy workload for each doctor.
The doctor and the medical staff were courteous and professional. Except for one person, the X-ray technician. She was very rude and immature.
It was wonderful! I never even sat in the waiting room they had me in so quick but were still thorough.
He is excellent. He took a look at an MRI I had taken some months ago and gave me a straightforward diagnosis of what's wrong. He gave me some treatment options, and he will be there when it is time for the surgery. He also didn't waste my time or money with unnecessary x-rays or PT appointments. Very efficient.
Dr. Thakkar is not just a very skilled surgeon, he is one of the best orthopedic doctors I have ever had in terms of providing information, listening to and thoughtfully answering questions, and allying any fears you might have about upcoming surgeries. His bedside manner is absolutely terrific.
Dr. THANK jar was great- took plenty of time to explain my injury and answer all questions. The office is lovely and everyone was very friendly and helpful.
