Wish he was able to spend more time with me. You can tell he only has a certain amount of time to spend with each person no matter what the issue is. I don’t feel this is his doing, as he is forced into this by the powers to be.

Absolutely outstanding. I've been lax in managing my health for awhile, largely due to the inefficiency and attitude of my last physician/healthcare group. Dr. Roos is exactly the take charge and solve problem kind of doctor I do best with.He took the necessary time to actually conduct the exam and discuss everything thoroughly.

Dr. Roos is a great doctor stuck in a larger practice that doesn't allow him to do his job. BJC Medical requires him to see schedule patients every 15 min (maybe even 10). I've seen him for almost a decade andwait times have only increased; why bother having an appointment when it's always 45-60 minutes wait. Face-to-face time is now practically non-existent--he has to spend most of those precious minutes entering data into the computer. It's very obvious he's frustrated and distracted--I hope he can find a way out.

The visit was a follow-up from my 911 trip to Progress West for Heart problems. Dr. Roos checked me over and we discussed what had happened. He took a hard look at my Medications and decided to cut the dosage onone to ensure better results on my blood sugar. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Roos to anyone needing a Medical Doctor. My wife and I like him, in fact, she will be making an Initial appointment as a new patient later.

I arrived early, but at my scheduled time I was called into the area for the weight & height check. Christy took the vital sign readings promptly. I waited a very short time for Dr. Roos. He reviewed my available recordsvery carefully, updated some items in the BJC records, discussed my medical needs and the medications currently in use by me. He felt there was no need to change anything at this time. I was in no way rushed through my visit (the first with Dr. Roos) and I was impressed. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Roos to anyone needing Medical Care. I look forward to a "Healthy" relationship with him and his staff.

I had to wait a long time for my visit which is not the norm. Insurance now requires physicians to book so many appointments per hour that the wait time can get long and the time with the doctor short. Iwas in for a prescription refill and didn't need a long visit, so I joked I was the "catch up patient;" the one who was in-and-out in a minute's time. However, I was back a few days later for an illness and Dr. Roos took as much time as needed to make sure I was taken care of. I was a worked in patient and not made to feel like I was an inconvenience.
