I went here weekly for a few months and brought my sister with me few times. The first time I went, I paid at the end of my adjustment and when i came back i was told kind of rudely thati had left without paying and that i would need to clear that up asap. I remember knowing that I had paid but thought maybe the card reader did not work. I went a few more times, making sure i paid before i left and stopped coming because i felt like Dr. Hawk had an awkward bedside manner. Months later- My sister and I were both harassed by her office about bills we had already paid. The office threatened to send the bills to collections. When we had to call her office... we got yelled at by someone on the phone when we tried to explain that we had already paid the bill, only to have her apologize later once we went through the trouble of finding our banking statements and emailing them to her office... sucks because she is the closest chiropractor in the area for me.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was undewhelmed. The treatment didnt do anything for the pain and she wanted me to come back 3 times a week!! She also made no adjustments as she said it was just aconsultation appt. Friends who regularly go to chiropractors said thats not routine. I didnt go back.
