Great she listened and a swerved questions
The staff was VERY unprofessional and rude. They were talking about a previous patient in a very derogatory manner right in front of the other patients. Office was dirty. Looked like blood spattered on the wall in the room I was in. I waited for an hour and 45min before I was seen. Would never go back here.
Very professional and listened and took the time to go over my medical history and issues. The staff also is amazingly friendly.
Always helpful and amazing at her job. She’s awesome!
Shauna McWilliams was very helpful and caring!
Shauna is great!
Listens, answers questions; Takes steps to increase physical/mental health and wellness. I recommend.
Shauna and her nurses were wonderful but the check out staff was extremely rude.
The staff was very professional, Dr. McWilliams was also especially kind, understanding and made me feel very comfortable! I am generally weary or hesitant because I am on the younger side and have so many different medical issues, I feel like a pain or burden sometimes.... she was very welcoming and pleasant. I didn't feel at all rushed or like a waste of time. I feel like she was really listening and wanted to help. I would recommend to anyone I know or need of a COP. wait time was only about 10 mins and that was for a new patient visit. I appreciate the ogficr and don't feel "brushed" off. I will be returning!
Very caring, attentive, and helpful. I will return and I highly recommend.
I just love Shauna!! She's caring, thorough and she listens!!
Shauna is a great listener, excellent appointment.
Shauna was great in every way! To the point, friendly, and knowledgeable
Very professional and generally cared for my well-being.
She was very friendly and did her best to help even though it turned out she wasn't the kind of practitioner I was expecting! I would definitely recommend her if you are looking for a general practitioner.
She's the best! Very concerned about your problems and makes you feel very comfortable!
She listened to me and took notes. Addressed two issues of concern during the visit. I have a follow up appointment next week. I was concerned not seeing a MD but feel that she will research to provide the best service possible. I am very happy with Shauna as my care provider.
It was great! Everyone was really professional and thorough.
Shauna is an exceptionally good listener and is clearly present throughout the appointment and with your case. Total ace.
She was kind, patient and thorough and I have confidence that she actually cares about my well being and will do all she can for me.
