I found me a doctor I can feel comfortable going to.
The nurses and the doctor were all nice and they helped me with any questions I had.
Literally the worst office staff I’ve ever seen. They’re immature kids who give false medical advice as if they are doctors.
Everything is fine. Nice Doc, nice staff. Just one thing can be better. After my lab test I got the medicines from the front desk. I was expecting to meet the doc once again before I leave to explain about the medicine.(I guess I can do this in medicine store). and also I guess after I get my lab reports I've to get more medicines. So would be better if I get all together.
Probably one of the best doctors I have had!
The clerk forgot to have two of my scripts signed by the Doctor so when I went to the pharmacy I was not able to get the meds. That means two trips that could have been avoided. I called the clerk and since it was already almost closing time and the doctor was already gone..I have to wait another day for those scripts to be sent to the pharmacy...there is surely a gap in communication.I even showed them my medical records where I had my meds listed but they missed to prescribe 2 maintenance medications for me.
Dr. Patois was knowledgeable and concerned about my condition and lifestyle. He recommended medicine at lower dosages and put me on a plan to long lasting health! I like how he didn't want to prescribe me drugs and decided to work out a plan that we both agreed I can do.
Dr. Patolia is a true professional and courteous as can be. He explained everything I had questions about and made sure I felt comfortable with any treatments he recommends.
The doc was so patient and understanding , he gave me my time to talk and explain my matters without any rush .. then he prescribed the rights meds for me. 7 stars Doc ????
This was my first visit but I made a follow up. Very informative and knowledgeable. Great bedside manner.
Medication given to me did not work. He diagnosed me well but I'm still sick for almost 3 weeks.
Honestly helped, and am looking forward to his recommendations
I WAS RIPPED OFF . They lost my urine and blood samples and gave me a diagnosis and treatment based on a urine test that I buy over the counter and perform and home.
Very professional. Very through and for to the root of my illness
Dr. Shreekant Patiola is very thorough and shows that he cares about your health rather than just trying to rush ahead. He spent the time to check my overall health and to go over my history before making any decisions and I appreciate that. Thanks Dr. Patiola!
Excellent. I felt like Dr. Patolia and his staff were genuinely nice and concerned about how I was feeling.
Very knowledgeable person. Pleasure to talk with him
Great office staff, office wait was fast. College Student that needed a Dr to personally understand my ADHD. I am really happy i found him and will continue to see him as my primary Physican now. Thank you Dr.Patolia
It was just fine and reviews were spot on.
One of the most unprofessional doctors offices I've ever been to. Not only did I wait an hour after my scheduled appointment time. I've been trying to get the office to look at my x-ray and I'm constantly put on hold and then hung up on. Dr. Patolia was more interested in moving on to the next paitent then actually diagnosing the issues I had. I will never go to this office again even if I was bleeding from my eyes.
It was quick and easy. He gave feasible suggestions and guidance and quickly requested a follow up. I'd go back.
Dr Patolia took the time to listen to me and to explain what he was checking, the different possible illnesses. He gave me advice to ease the symptoms and speed up recovery in addition to the prescription. He really did consider his patient, not just wrote a prescription.
Very personable and professional
It was great, he seems like he was very concern about my health, I give him a 100 +
Dr. Patolia was my doctor for about five years before I changed insurance last year, and there was a mixup, and I had to see other doctors until I get back to him this year. Dr. Patolia and his staff are all efficient, caring, and quick. I would recommend him highly to anyone who wants a caring doctor. He listens, and actually cares about his patients.
Very efficient, helpful and professional. Excellent doctor.
Very happy with this doctors appointment. I went in to have some paperwork filled out that required an MD. Dr.Patolia was very helpful and thorough with the paperwork. The wait time was about 20 minutes from signing in to seeing the doctor, not a long wait at all. Everything I needed was handled quickly and they accepted my insurance with no problems. I will be a returning patient for sure.
The weren't efficient about the visit . They sat me in 3 different rooms when they could easily do the entire visit in one room . I also didn't like how the doctor took the cotton swab the doctor examined me with to another room without the test tube to another room.
Dr. Patolia was pleasant, efficient and prompt and his staff were top-notch--friendly, fast and focused. Excellent experience!
Very thorough, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous doctor. Helpful and professional nurses and lab technicians and well.
Dr Patolia was great. Will definitely come back
This doctor is fantastic. Spoke with me about my medical wellness goals. Before i went to the examination room. Staff very professional and caring.
Dr. Patolia was awesome, very attentive and caring. He explained everything in detail and made sure you understood the information.
Staff was really good and Doctor very helpful
Dr. Patolia was very polite, professional, and knowledgable during my check up. He showed genuine concern for my health and I will definitely be making an appointment with him next year for my annual checkup.
I had to wait about 20 minutes past my appointment time but office staff was very nice and helpful. Office was a little cluttered in the back heading into patient rooms.
Great so far.
Dr. Patolia and staff were very friendly and respective of my time. I arrived on time and pre-filled paperwork on ZocDoc and filled an additional form given to me by staff. I was called in shortly after signing and out of the office within 45 minutes.
Dr. Patolia had a great bedside manner and was very thorough. We had a conference in his office before the examination began and I felt he genuinely cared about my well-being and hoped to provide me the best treatment possible. I would definitely recommend him to a friend or family member.
I probably would not return back to see this doctor because he was not very energetic and seemed to rush things along. My appointment was at noon, and there were no patients in the lobby, which from the experience I had, I understand why. I went for a physical and all he did was ask the basic questions about family history that I had already filled out when I checked in. He checked me breathing with the stethoscope and that was all. The nurse/receptionist took my temperature and checked my weight then I went to another girl to get blood drawn. She was very friendly and eased my dislike of needles. She was the best part of the visit. Overall, I didn't feel that he was very helpful. I had a few of what I now know were bug bites, but wasn't sure if it was a rash, and asked him about them, and lifted my shirt to show him my stomach area and he didn't even glance at them. And acted as if I shouldn't be asking him that. He prescribed some generic medicine without actually looking or questioning about what I said might be a rash. As I write this review and think back more on my displeasing visit, I know for sure I won't be back. Not to mention the ridiculous parking fees. If you're inside longer than 15 minutes it's $4 to park, then about $6-8 after an hour or so I think. Luckily I was only there for about 30 minutes...imagine if he was actually good and there was a waiting room full of patients...parking would've been $10. ??
He was very personable. Asked plenty of questions. I would definitely recommend him to others.
WAS NOT VERY NICE . DID NOT SAY VERY MUCH AT ALL.ASK WHY WAS I IN TO SEE HIM, WROTE OUT PRESCRIPTIONS AND HE WOULD SEE ME IN MAY.NOT A NICE ATTITUDE FOR A DOCTOR. I GUESS IT WAS A BAD DAY FOR HIM. I WILL NOT USE HIS SERVICE AGAIN. THANK YOU.
Dr. Patolia was absolutely wonderful. Kind, detailed, respectful. Excellent bedside manner. And I was in and out in just a few minutes. Highly recommended!
I had a very pleasant experience! Dr. Patolia is very warm and genial, as is his staff. The only problem with my visit was that I didn't realize that blood work would be done, which requires fasting the morning of the appointment. But I was able to just go back the next morning and get it done quickly.
Staff was awesome saw and old friend whom I used to work with nice visit doctor was great
Very personal and attentive, everyone was friendly. I would refer to anyone.
