Bad start as she was 20 minutes late for an 8:30 appointment. As I had intentionally arrived early (8:05) to make sure I found the office easily, wrap up any additional insurance paperwork not already completed online, and frankly to do my share in starting the day fresh and on time for all the subsequent patients and office calendar-- tardiness for her first appointment of the day was not an impressive start. I was dressed again an walking out when she arrived at the door and apologized. Her exam seemed thorough, her bedside manner professional and I trust her training and diagnosis. Her male aide was courteous and professional after she left, excusing himself while I dressed and returning with OTC sample products and word that an RX for a prescription would be called in on my behalf. What I observed in the waiting room was a pretty solid and efficient system with numerous patients waiting only briefly before being moved into consultation or treatment offices. Front office staff were efficient and knowledgeable. Now reading through comments, I am not sure I would have chosen differently. But it was a rather unprofessional start and I concur with the comments of others. If you are only going to spend 5 minutes in the consultation room, by all means do not make people wait for that. Young, some other drama that morning, but to her credit she apologized and moved on.

Very professional and thorough. Right away I felt very comfortable discussing my skin care issues with Dr. McKitty and am very pleased to have found such an excellent doctor for continuing care. Moreover, her PAs were very professional and I have no inhibitions about receiving treatment from them as needed.

The treatment was more aggressive, which I liked. She did a test on a spot that the previous dr. did not check.

Simone was great - the rest of the experience not so much. I waited about 50 minutes. I chose a woman for a reason, I'm pretty private and a skin exam, well, isn't :) The physician's assistant/nurse was a guy and stayed in the room the whole time. She was very good about keeping me covered so really, whatever, that was fine. But then she left the room and the nurse was like I'm going to finish your chart you can get dressed, and then turned his back. I'm sorry, but I've never ever been asked to change with someone still in the room, behind a closed door. I feel like that's basic respect that was violated and it was weird.

Dr. McKitty and her team were very thorough and informative. Her assistant made complete notes of my visit and I came away with prescriptions, samples and a game plan for my skin problems. Very professional.

Dr. McKitty was knowledgeable and attentive. I was pleased with my appointment; she immediately identified what type of adult acne I was getting and prescribed me medication for it. Everyone I came in contact in the office -including nurses, medical assistants, and office staff - were extremely friendly and welcoming.

GREAT DOCTOR, SLOPPY OFFICE. I arrived for my 1:00 appointment to a packed waiting room. Nobody had verified that the practice accepts my (rather obscure) insurance, despite my request to do so noted on my ZocDoc appointment request. That took some time, then there were the forms to fill out – none had been sent in advance, nor were they on the website – and still, there was plenty of time to cool my heels before getting into a room at 2:00. The obviously skillful and pleasant nurse kept me busy much of the time before Dr. McKitty arrived at 2:15. The doctor was gone before 2:30, but in that time, conducted the most thorough cancer screening I’ve experienced, took 3 biopsies (making full use of the nurse to speed things along), assured me that anything cancerous is highly unlikely, prescribed an anti-aging cream for my face while also naming the most suitable over-the-counter products for me, answered a random off-topic question, stood her ground in referring to my freckles as sun damage, and finished up by saying I look pretty good, all things considered. To sum up, the medical team (I wish I’d caught the name and rank of the assistant) were quick and efficient but not impatient; informative and admonishing but also affirming. Then, back to the office staff: the painfully slow check-out and the gathering up of prescriptions, samples, and coupons took another 20 minutes – an hour and 45 minutes altogether. But hey, they offer free Wi-Fi while you wait!

The best part is looking at Dr Simone - she is beautiful. You walk into a full waiting room, but don't get discouraged. They get to you pretty quick. I had an 11:30 appointment - had a mole removed and full body scan and was out of there at 12:00. I would like to spend more time with Dr. McKitty!!

My appointment with Dr. Kitty lasted only about 5 minutes but she was friendly, on point and I came away with a solution to my problem as well as suggestions on over the counter products I can use every day to help. Staff were great. After my appointment, I had to call the office back for clarification on something and the assistant called me back the same day. Would highly recommend.

Dr. McKitty herself was hands-on and informative. However, the waiting room was a mad house, and the entire experience felt rushed. It felt like more of a fast food restaurant than a doctor's office. With that said, if my wait time was non existent, I probably would have enjoyed the 3 minute conversation with the doctor. But when you wait for 30-40 mins and you see the doc for 3 mins, something feels off.

I have seen Dr. McKitty twice. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Both times, she was completely focused on me, listening to my concerns, explaining my treatment options and her recommendations, and answering all of my questions. I read some negative reports about her, but my experience was nothing like theirs. I feel like a valued patient, not a part on an assembly line. I will be seeing her again in two weeks.

Professional and efficient visit. Check in at the office was smooth. Filling out the patient history forms online prior to the appointment is recommended. Called back to the exam room at my appt time and technician completed the intake process quickly. Dr. McKitty arrived within five minutes; there was no unnecessary banter upon arrival. The entire exam room encounter lasted less than 10 minutes including a mole screen, single biopsy, and cryo-treatment.

She is very personable and has beautiful skin - which is encouraging since she is a dermatologist! Explains things well and answers questions. Nurse came in right away to fill out prescription info and give me coupons for them. The waiting room itself seems kind of germy, but they have hand sanitizer out. :)

Was impressed with how welcoming everyone was to me as a new patient, including the doctor. The doctor was very professional and got to work right away checking me for skin cancers. She was also able to take care of nearly all my problems this first visit, which was great! I will have a follow up appointment to deal with the rest. Overall, very good experience and I liked that it was easy to book an appt. Only possible suggestion for future is would like to see more late hours or one weekend day a month options for more flexibile scheduling.

This is the worst doctors office I have been too. I arrived 30 mins early for my 3 kids apts. An hour after the first apt had passed, I asked the receptionist why we hadn't been seen, and she snobbishly told me to wait my turn. We waited, and the receptionist who checked us in, clearly saw that we were still there..UNSEEN almost 2hrs after the apt. The office staff is rude, and we will not be going back to this practice.

Dr. McKitty has an excellent bedside manner. She listened to me and took the time to explain things to me so that I felt confident about the diagnosis she made and the treatment she recommended. The wait to get back to the office was a little long as the office was overflowing but I did not feel rushed once I made it to the exam room.
