The receptionist don’t greet at all once you step in. They are extremely unprofessional and they were cursing and laughing so loud. This is the first time I was made uncomfortable in a doctor’s office. The doctor didn’t check me. Shewas listening and didn’t even take my blood pressure even though it said that was taken and they put random numbers as it was normal. My blood pressure is never normal since I always have a high blood pressure condition. She was nice besides that. Please make sure that your recepetionists are professional and well-mannered and to be much nicer to the patients. They should know their audience when they joke around or curse

She was very informative. She addressed all my concerns and asked for various mri in order to give me the right treatment. This was a PLUS since doctors usually prescribe you anything and send you on your way. The wait waslong but worth it!! I was never rushed out once in the treatment room since she is dedicated to her patient.

The wait time at this office was RIDICULOUS. Clearly the reception people don’t know how to set up appointments. Here’s a tip: don’t create 15 minute time slots if there is no way for the doctor to complete an office visitin that amount of time!!!! My appointment was for 11:30am and I did not get seen until 1:10pm!!!! When I checked in with the receptionist at 12:15 to see how much longer I would have to wait, they said there were still 3 people ahead of me. Incredibly frustrating!!!!

Dr. Serebnitzky is an angel of sorts. I came to this country about two months ago with significant spinal injuries, and she took the time to carefully assess my situation, and exercised diligence and professionalism regarding which optionswould be viable for my situation. If it weren’t for her, I may very well have moved away again due to my virtually unmanageable situation. I would recommend her to anyone. She is truly a wonderful, intelligent, and understanding doctor. I wish the world was full of more people like her.

Absolutely wonderful personality and wonderful bedside manner. Considerate and kind. I've seen her 3 times already- she's practical and gentle. I would highly recommend her to friends and family. Her front desk team is quick and on the ballwith reaching out to patients and well informed with how insurances work. Some people may say well thats there job ofcourse they need to know how insurance work. But not all offices do, unfortunately, and end up wasting patients time. This office is not like that, they have excellent communication with patients. Anyways, I've enjoyed my medical visits here.

Dr Serebnitsky was great but the office wasn't really. It was pretty unprofessional, you have to wait an hour at the least (there are signs telling you not to complain to the front desk), and the front desk people aren't thatnice. The "nurse" guy wrote a random blood pressure without even taking it. When he left the room I looked at what he wrote and it said some random numbers. What the heck?

Happy for an opportunity to leave a review for this great doctor! She is very professional, has terrific bedside manner, knows her specialty very well and makes you feel at ease. She does hands on injections, teaches exercises and prescribesome low grade pain killers to alleviate pain. I will recommend her to anyone in need of a quality pain management!

She is a lovely doctor. But Bc I had "clean labs" she couldn't help me!? That makes no sense at all! Meanwhile the people in the waiting room are helping each other telling them what to say to get what theywant?! Not cool. Yeah I have clean labs - and proud of it. But why should I be punished for my doing the right thing? when it's the people like that in the waiting area that make it impossible to get better / relief? Shame on them! Disgraceful. (Good Note: I tried to help the doctor figure out why / how her personal cell showed up on here. She is very kind. Thankfully. But I couldn't help her. Maybe u at ZocDoc can Bc her personal cell number might be listed in yr program.)

Unfortunately I was misadvised. - Called day prior to my scheduled visit today - Asked staff to double check 2 C if my lab info. needed was ready 4 my appointment for today. - Staff promised a CALL BACK if itwas not ready. - No call back. (Assumed was ready) - Even asked in my booking via ZocDoc as well. - No call back. (Again, assumed it was ready) - Drove over 1 hr to the office for my appt (6/14 @ 11:15 ... arriving @ 10:45) - Found out after 1 hour of waiting in the office - that my lab results were NOT in Sadly I had to make prior arrangements to get my youngest child on the bus this AM to get to my appointment on time. now need to go back down (over 1 hr drive) to see the doctor on Friday / or Saturday / or Monday. All depending on when they get the results back from a lab. Sorry - normally would say all lovely things about this group - but this put me out many hours of my day. Also put someone else out by asking for someone else's help with my youngest child this AM. And was not given the correct information after I called office AND asked via ZocDoc. I'm very uncomfortable - in pain from abdominal surgery - and being in my car with a seat belt on ... is byfar the worst thing I can do to help with this pain. Sorry if this came across rude. Pain doesn't bring out the best in a person - sorry?? I don't like to be this way - but since I was asked about it - I felt I had to be truthful so it does not happen again to another person. Thank U 4 taking the time 2 read. (Positive Note??: Looking forward to seeing the Dr. as she was very pleasant and this was out of her control - also looking forward to putting all of this and my pain - in the past.)
