I was seen by Devon and he was great! He was thorough and made sure my MRI issues and concerns were addressed by the Doctor. He prescribe the appropriate medication in hopes we would find a plan that would make me feel better in the long run, a positive when dealing with back issues.
She spent ample time with me and the key thing was she listens. Funny as well.
First visit for back pain was just ok, the doctor never called in my script. The follow up with the PT...... Well the physical therapist was a no show and completely missed our apt.
Doctor was great! I really felt like she cared and she took the time to answer my questions and I didn't feel like I was being rushed out of there. I would highly recommend her. I went for tendon or ligament pain. She gave me lots of options and was very helpful.
Dr Serebnitsky was great but the office wasn't really. It was pretty unprofessional, you have to wait an hour at the least (there are signs telling you not to complain to the front desk), and the front desk people aren't that nice. The "nurse" guy wrote a random blood pressure without even taking it. When he left the room I looked at what he wrote and it said some random numbers. What the heck?
Happy for an opportunity to leave a review for this great doctor! She is very professional, has terrific bedside manner, knows her specialty very well and makes you feel at ease. She does hands on injections, teaches exercises and prescribe some low grade pain killers to alleviate pain. I will recommend her to anyone in need of a quality pain management!
Professional and contemporary office. Front desk and Physician Assistants are friendly and accommodating! Dr Serebnitsky is amazing. Helped my low back with Transforaminal Injection, I did not even feel pain during injection- she was so so skillful! Next time I will do injection only here.
Excellent Doctor! Very professional and right on point. Was able to properly diagnose and treat my neck pain with epidural injection. Pain subsided within hours. Office workers are professional and friendly.Highly recommend! Five stars
Drove over. An hout. Said they are in tve process if changing thejr pain management. The womsn sermed I just wasted 5 hours for s handshsme and s tsbn of gas
Very nice. Caring & professional.
It was my second time in this office, and, I am very happy with my care. Everyone very professional and on point. Front desk got my MRI report, then authorization person processed priorauthorization fast- in a timely manner. Doctor is amazing: thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Suggested back injection was administrated quickly and painless and pain is gone! Highly recommend
She is a lovely doctor. But Bc I had "clean labs" she couldn't help me!? That makes no sense at all! Meanwhile the people in the waiting room are helping each other telling them what to say to get what they want?! Not cool. Yeah I have clean labs - and proud of it. But why should I be punished for my doing the right thing? when it's the people like that in the waiting area that make it impossible to get better / relief? Shame on them! Disgraceful. (Good Note: I tried to help the doctor figure out why / how her personal cell showed up on here. She is very kind. Thankfully. But I couldn't help her. Maybe u at ZocDoc can Bc her personal cell number might be listed in yr program.)
Unfortunately I was misadvised. - Called day prior to my scheduled visit today - Asked staff to double check 2 C if my lab info. needed was ready 4 my appointment for today. - Staff promised a CALL BACK if it was not ready. - No call back. (Assumed was ready) - Even asked in my booking via ZocDoc as well. - No call back. (Again, assumed it was ready) - Drove over 1 hr to the office for my appt (6/14 @ 11:15 ... arriving @ 10:45) - Found out after 1 hour of waiting in the office - that my lab results were NOT in Sadly I had to make prior arrangements to get my youngest child on the bus this AM to get to my appointment on time. now need to go back down (over 1 hr drive) to see the doctor on Friday / or Saturday / or Monday. All depending on when they get the results back from a lab. Sorry - normally would say all lovely things about this group - but this put me out many hours of my day. Also put someone else out by asking for someone else's help with my youngest child this AM. And was not given the correct information after I called office AND asked via ZocDoc. I'm very uncomfortable - in pain from abdominal surgery - and being in my car with a seat belt on ... is byfar the worst thing I can do to help with this pain. Sorry if this came across rude. Pain doesn't bring out the best in a person - sorry?? I don't like to be this way - but since I was asked about it - I felt I had to be truthful so it does not happen again to another person. Thank U 4 taking the time 2 read. (Positive Note??: Looking forward to seeing the Dr. as she was very pleasant and this was out of her control - also looking forward to putting all of this and my pain - in the past.)
had abdominal surgery 2 weeks ago my surgeon advised I see a pain specialist saw her today and they were all lovely! Thank U 4 yr kind bedside manner & 4 listening 2 my situation! Only bummer is having 2 wait 4/5 biz days 2 see her again But understand why and willing / worth the wait - as she will fix me and get me thru these next 3 weeks of post op discomfort. Kind regards
Very knowledgeable, took time to hear me out and I am very happy
