I am in my 40's and have raised 2 kids, so I have been to a lot of Dr.'s offices and this was one of the best Dr. experiences I have ever had. The office was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The staff were professional, attentive and courteous. After the nurse took me in to the exam room and got my vitals Dr. Hindes came in almost immediately and explained that since this was a new patient he wanted to "get to know each other a little". He asked me to get down from the exam table and sit in the chair next to him where we proceeded to talk. He made me feel like a person and that he cared about what I was interested in. Not like a lot of Dr.'s that just quick diagnose, write an Rx and move on. This was a real consultation. and it was just as important to him as it was to me. What a refreshing approach!
My visit was great! He listened to what I had to say and explained everything very well.
I genuinely liked him as a Dr. And human being! Very intelligent with a good sense of humor. Very respectful with proper etiquette. Would recommend him to anyone who is legitimate with desire for a well read doc. The staff was good considering how difficult it is to get good help these days. The location isn't the most impressive and the office decor was fair. Budget cuts...what is one to do?
Just visited this Dr. for the first time yesterday as I was trying to find a Primary Care Doctor that would accept Medicaid and still provide good care...well I found one! Dr. Hindes was kind and listened to my long list of issues and I am excited to work with him on the path to better health. I have only had one appointment, but the first impression is the best impression, and this Dr. was great!
Dr Hindes depicted the my current state of health and set a plan in place to support me in becoming healthier.
He is a very pro-active doctor and I really appreciate that! He is a very good caring doctor!
I liked him. He will be my Doc
The parking lot and building common areas give a horrible first impression, but Dr Hindes was personable and thorough. Look beyond the building.
Dr Hindes is very professional, courteous, and thorough. He knows what it means to be a good doctor.
I've seen Dr. Hindes about six times. They're really disorganized, lack of communication, and some of my apps have felt like a waste of time. Dr. Hindes will tell me to schedule a follow-up appt for two weeks and then when I come back to the appt he has no real plan for what to do. I was referred out for other tests, to which I have to wait weeks for my results because the staff tell me he'll call me with the results, and he tells me that his staff should have told me the results. I am right now looking for another doctor and going to get my file transferred. One particular issue that I've gone in for a couple of times, I don't feel like I've been helped with it at all.
He was extremely energetic and kind he made me laugh while also being professional. He got down to the point about what needed to be done and how to do it. I highly recommend you pay him a visit.
Great approach, truely looking out forthe best interests of his patients !!!
Great professional manner throughout the clinic, Dr. Hindes was on point with every concern I brought to the table.
Doctor's we're great other than arriving back at the office from lunch 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled for.
Great doc, bad office, bad wait times.
He's really cool.
I felt in 100% comfortable. :) I would recommend the doctor to our patients.
