Absolutely HORRENDOUS and UNPROFESSIONAL service from Dr. Jack and his associate Dr. Berely. I am a professional myself and I say, steer clear of Dr. Jack and his associates. I set up an appointment on Zoc Doc with these idiots. Submitted my insurance information online. I receive a confirmation to my appointment in my email from Zoc Doc. I arrive ahead of time with all the paperwork. The secretary informs me that Dr. Dr. Jack and his associates no longer accept my insurance and that my appointment is cancelled, after my appointment was accepted and confirmed. I explained to them that Zoc Doc sent me a "yes" email confirmation of the appointment and that they need to honor their word and the appointment, as advertised and in the email as a binding legal agreement to terms. My time is limited and I drove out of town to see them. I asked them if I could speak with the doctor to voice my concerns or see the doctor "out of pocket." The secretary said "no." Every solution I came up with was met with a resounding "no" from the secretary. The secretary blamed the misunderstanding on me, was unapologetic, and asked me to leave, defying logic and common courtesy. So it is what it is and their idiocy speaks for itself. Go someplace else.
Doctor Berkely was patient, asked followup questions, and seemed to genuinely care about my overall health.
Quick and easy. Will be back again.
Great communication, and open about pricing. He didn't rush in and out and took the needed time to talk to me, explain my issue, and walk me to the desk afterwards.
