Love the staff the young lady that took my insurance info was caring and
Dr was very nice .. got me in and out ..
The doctor seemed to be in a rush . Quickly gave me a diagnosis and became bothered when I asked for an explanation. He was reluctant to answer the questions I had and keep walking towards the door. Very unprofessional and rude. The office staff was very friendly.
Doctors professional and kind. Place overwhelmingly dirty
This is one of those Doctors who DONOT BELIEVE YOU as a patient . He moved my body in ways the caused me so much pain I'm still hurting a week and a half later. This man is the worst type of human let alone doctor. He couldnt wait to go to lunch after bending me all up and sending me for a MRI that couldnt be taken cause i have metal in my shoulder. Mind you I waited ten days after my appointment to cool down before writing this review so I can be Professional and open minded . As well as let the pain subside some what. Maybe it was me and he didnt like me in which case he is merely unprofessional, or maybe he knew he was cause me a great deal of pain in which case he is evil and unprofessional. Either way YOUR WARNED PLEASE BE CARE WITH THIS GUY !!
I seriously injured my rotary cuff muscles doing dumbbell flys at the gym and was excited to see this shoulder specialist. Apparently, he spends 5 mins with you, making my 2-hour commute to his office a big waste of time. I wanted an MRI ordered by him to rule out any muscle tears but he just ordered an X-ray and some painkillers. I get the feeling that he rushes through patients and just prescribes painkillers and physical therapy sessions. A bit disappointed in the lack of sincerity will go to a sports medicine doctor instead.
The Doctor is good but the staff is not the, the main front desk was not professional. The office need more front desk and office workers.
Fast professional service..
This is our second family member to see Dr. Goodman. He is wonderful and the staff there is equally amazing. He is a true professional and all around nice man!
Dr Goodman bedside manner was unbelievable truly makes you feel comfortable as well as his staff. All around terrific !! A+
Pays attention and listens week
Wish it was more client dedicated and concentrated on me, I didn't feel the love.
Everything was perfect, very good doctor
The staff was unprofessional and after waiting for over an hour when i had a 3pm appointment another patient with a 330 appointment went in before me. When i questioned the staff they were dissmissive. Then when i am with the doctor and visibly in pain he stops mid examination to take a phone call. Im suppsoed to get an MRI but they failed to mention the person who does their approvals wasnt going to be for 2 days. They do this so you use their MRI office downstairs. The office is dirty and was louder than a pediatricians on a bad day. Horrible experience and will never go back.
He didn't take time to explain to me what was going on with my condition. He also was very quick when dealing with me. He is not the worst but I will never return.
He was quick and efficient
Long wait, 2pm appointment. Saw the doctor at about 3:30. He spoke to me for maybe 2 minutes, had me get an xray, then sent me out with an order for PT. People who were in the waiting room for PT said that they often wait 2 hours or more while there. A lot of waiting for an appointment that was far from thorough. Front desk staff was friendly. Office looks very shoddy.
Office wa filled with people. Took X-rays Another 2 hours before I was seen Just crazy!
I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to see Dr. Goodman, without an apology or notification from the staff. He quickly checked over my injury for two to three minutes then ordered an x-ray. I waited 15 minutes for the X-Ray Tech, who was very nice. Dr. Goodman returned shortly and said I would need an MRI and could have it down at their clinic. Hahaha. I took my X-Rays and left. The staff at the front desk were very nice, but the wait was much too long, the total appointment lasted about two hours.
The doctor was satisfactory. He didn't explain thoroughly my prognosis; only that I was stiff as a board in my lower beck region. He seemed to be over booked and he was trying to see about 4-7 patients at a time. He was supposed to set up physical therapy and provide prescription for muscle relaxer but I didn't receive any of it. U guess I was happy to leave. I did receive a note for a ergonomic chair si my job could provide one.
Helpful and informative
I regret not finding Dr. Goodman earlier.
Great just wish they would of received all my info in Zocdoc to avoid writing the same thing all over again
I got 3 appointments done in one day, same office building...how convenient is that.
The front desk was unprofessional. Instead of greeting me when I approached the desk, they continued discussing what was for lunch. This is on my arrival and my departure. The Dr was too quick and not very thorough. Needless to say a waste of my time and I won't be back.
That office is a ZOO!!! The ladies at the front desk barely spoke any english. Very crowded and the place smelled really bad.
It was satisfactory
