Patient reviews for Dr. Steven Naymagon
I actually saw Dr Julia Oweis. Love her so much that I’m actually going to change my PCP to her. She’s amazing. I feel that I have finally found a doctor who listens to the concerns of her patients and not shove more medications down my throat. Can’t wait for her to fix everything. She went above and beyond and spoke about other health issues that I have, she even knew what CRPS is! Something that most doctors that I have seen in the past never heard of and she knew! The staff was great as well! From front desk to the phlebotomists and all the technicians. They’re all fabulous. I have an appointment with the actual GI next week hopefully he/she is as great as them.
He’s awesome but never sent me my blood results
I don’t leave reviews but I hope this one helps the doctor’s team and process. I came in with major acid reflux issue. Met with somebody - not the doctor- who ran an ekg and gave me prescription based off symptoms. Scheduled again, this time with the real Dr naymagon, who treated me like I was just coming in for first time. Scheduled what I thought was an endoscopy with staff but then told I need to get other test prior. Just very poor communication and lack of general care from my perspective. Could very well be capable at job. Didn’t get to find out.
Unfortunately my first visit was not with Dr. Steven but the staff at large was very professional and nice!!
He was fine but the office was a nightmare. So dirty and chaotic.
The staff and doctors were great so far it was good
Everyone in the office was very accommodating! I didn’t see Dr. Naymagon on this trip, but have made a follow up to see him soon.
The office was chaotic and disorganized. I was brought in and out of each room several times and had to wait in the hallway. I spent over 2 hours there for all of 15 minutes of face time. The only thing good about this place was Dr. Julia Oweis and her assistant. The “head doctor” just walked around yelling at assistants and staff to do menial tasks rather than their own jobs.
I left the office feeling more frustrated than when I got there. Nobody seemed concerned with identifying what was wrong with me - they were more concerned with making business opportunities for other doctors - gave me tons of referrals to see other doctors. I was told to continue using the over the counter medicine I had already been using, so I really wonder why I even bothered to have this appointment.
Pleasant
Very kind and professional.
I booked an early morning appointment. The NP was running a little late but the staff got me in and checked my vitals anyway so as soon as the Nurse was there we continued. Great forward thinking, proactive staff. Very professional.
This was my visit for the initial evaluation consultation. I loved the doctor who consulted me and I like the way office works. I had my blood work done, and some imaging, all was done during first visit, before I can see gastroenterologist. The doctor will create better treatment once he has all diagnostics. Very comprehensive approach! Staff was very attentive and kind. Very positive and pleasant environment, office is very clean. I would definitely recommend this office!
I was late for my appointment and on top of that very nervous about my condition (and about visiting doctor offices in general) but Dr. Naymagon was kind, patient, and gave a calming vibe that made my experience much better than I expected. He listened to all the many concerns I had and answered my questions. I felt he truly wanted to come up with the right solution for me going forward and that is always nice to know and feel when you are distressed and not doing your best. The office staff was very welcoming as well!
Upon arrival I was told I would be charged two separate copays to see 2 other providers even though I had an appointment with Dr Naymaga. I would have to come back in 3 weeks to see n see Dr Naymagan.
