Had a great visit, right on time and professional. Would recommend
Summer was great! Very friendly and happy to answer all of my questions, would highly recommend.
She was decent. The wait was unnecessarily long, 45 minutes. The assistant came to let me know that the doctor was running behind and when I asked about how long she said 5 minutes, which turned out to be 20... no one likes waiting but be honest about how far behind the doctor is. I missed a meeting due to them not being honest about the wait. In addition, when the 45 minute mark hit and I still hadn't been seen I popped my head into the hallway to find out what was going on. The doctor herself was combative and made excuses about her schedule. I work in the medical field, just apologize and admit you were wrong. You being 45 mins late isn't my fault. Lastly, upon checking out they front desk told me they'd bill me instead of taking my copayment even though they knew what it was.. just seemed sketchy.
She was professional, but did not seem sure of what was wrong with me. Every time I go here I wait over an hour and my appointments are in the morning before the office gets behind. They seem to overfill their days.
She was really knowledgeable, attentive and comforting! Highly reccommend. There was a short wait, but they gave me water & snacks to accommodate. It was overall a great experience.
She was so friendly and helpful, she answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. I would highly recommend her!
Very sweet and attentive!
