I had 2 visits. She was professional, but very quiet cause she had to add a lot of info a computer. 2nd time, she was more conversational. I learned new things about how blood tests work, which I really appreciated.

I thought she was very nice as were the women who worked reception. They were professional. I guess for me I had some hang ups because I had to call my insurance to change doctors while in the office, so itdelayed my appointment. Even though the person at reception said she called, there was no voicemail on my phone. So I was a little annoyed about that, but she did try to call. I think the doctor was nice, but I really am in a lot of feet pain and I am on my feet for work. I needed some immediate relief before seeing a professional like PT or pediatrist and I don't know how much she was really understanding my anxiety and stress about my pain. I feel like I will have to go through a long process to heal and its anxiety inducing for me considering my life style currently that I am not able to change until grad school ends for me in June. I'm concerned about continuing to suffer. I think I may seek a second opinion.

Everyone was really nice, kind, and informative. I'm usually really apprehensive about doctor's appointments and, aside from waiting for 15 minutes for my appointment, everything was extremely positive and pleasant.
