My wait was about a little more than a half hour but I was 30 minutes early. I appreciated having everything explained to me in detail and besides Dr.Bhattia, I was especially impressed with Dr. Patel and the way he took my history and explained why I should have certain procedures done. I have worked in a hospital and worked for Medical and Dental offices so I know the importance of having a complete history.
Dr. Bhatia was fantastic. She came in, listened attentively to my rather complicated medical history, and planned not only medications to handle the immediate issue but tests to check in on possible larger issues. She was absolutely fantastic.
I was really happy with my consultation, I was given clear explanations on procedures and treatment options that were suitable for myself. I left feeling comfortable and at ease.
She seemed to come in with her own agenda and wasn't very attentive. She didn't even examine me for the specific problem I came in for, and was very quick to want to prescribe a lot of medicines, which I felt uncomfortable with.
The office was neat and clean and the staff was nice
