He's very nice and I can tell he's very smart, but I was scheduled in between him having surgery so total time in the door and out was about 2.5 hours. Good thing I didnt have anything to do, but other than that my experience was great.

I thought that Dr. Vance was great, but his nursing staff was terrible no one was helpful and listened to what I had to say. The nurses were suppose to schedule a MRI immediately, after a few hours passed and I didn't hear from the imaging department i called the office three times to ask them to fax the request and they got back to me finally asking what cvs I wanted my prescription sent to. I recommend the doctor, but the nursing staff needs help.

I thought Dr. Vance was knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. My issues were with the nurse that greeted me and the nurse in training. The nurse that greeted me was in such a hurry that she didn't listen well and forgot a lot and the person she was training had no idea what to do... I would likely not recommend because of this.

I loved dr. vance. what I did not like is the wait time. and that the medical assistant and the PA . were very nice but not to attentive as I had to keep repeating the same answers to them. that was very annoying! also the first visit the medical assistant ask me to take off my short to get a xray and she gave me a little gown to cover the front but not the back and I sat out in the hall exposed and had to wait in a hall to be xrayed. first visit I was there 2 hours!!!! I di return only because of dr. vance was very nice!!!!!

Waited over an hour to see the doctor. Once he found nothing wrong on my X-ray, he didn't even stick around long enough for me to ask him general questions such as, can I exercise and is stretching okay? He was in and out in 1 minute and I left feeling like another number.

All around my experience was far above excellent. I arrived 10min late, due to traffic, for a 10am appointment I walked in signed in and all of the staff was very professional and attentive to my needs as a new customer. I filled out my paperwork the the night before and was pleasantly surprised to see that all the correct info made it to their charting system I even forgot to sign one of the forms and the women at front desk even came out to the lobby and personally handed me the form to sign. About 20min later I was admitted to the back by a more than attractive and nice Russian nurse who promptly began to ask my Symptoms and condition in a very professional manor. I was then admitted to the X-ray room where I received outstanding customer service once again. I explained to the women operating the X-ray equipment about being late and she was more than sympathetic to me and was very kind and gentle with my injuries. The doctor was just as professional and nice as the rest of his staff. He took time with me to explain everything and personally check all the injuries and conditions I had come for. All in all I might of spent a total of 45min, at the longest, and was greeted with such hospitality and professionalism that I almost didn't realize I was a new customer at a unfamiliar doctors office. I give them a overall score of 11.9 out of 10 because the far exceeded any of my expectations or past experiences at any health related visits. I will make-sure that I can always have the availability to come back to them no matter who my health care provider is in the future because I have never experienced such a pleasant visit as the one I received at their facility. I would like to sincerely and personally thank each and everyone of the staff that helped me throughout my short out-patient visit at Dr. Tedman Vance Orthopedic. Excellence is a understatement when describing the healthcare service that the deliver to their patients!
