Appointment availability was outstanding. I made an appointment online on Saturday evening through Zocdoc and selected a Tuesday appointment. Nice, clean office on the 11th floor. Waited less than 10 mins to be seen. Friendly and personable staff. Dr. Tess was also friendly, answered all my questions, was respectful and courteous. This was my first visit and will definitely be my go-to for derm needs. Exceeded expectations in every category!
She was very thorough and knows her stuff. She also has a great energy that makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable.
I loved both Dr. Tess and her assistant!
Dr N. is very very thorough and caring. She has a good bedside manner. She does an excellent job of explaining things.
My appointment was with Dr. David Glassman, and he was excellent.
I really liked Dr. Nasabzadeh, she had good suggestions for my acne treatment and wanted to see my most recent bloodwork results to ensure that my current medications weren't causing an issue.
Not sure how to rate Dr. Tess... I did a lot of research to find a well rated female dermatologist and finally made an appt to get a full body mole check. But when I arrived a random male Dr. With a disgustingly dirty lab coat walked in to examine my naked body! Aside from this, the practice itself was horrible. He barely checked for any actual moles while struggling to make conversation. He asked me where I was from twice while awkwardly/ineffectively examining my breast for moles. I'll never be coming back to the derm office... horrible experience.
The office looked like the DMV when I walked in. There were at least 30 people waiting in a very crowded and small waiting room. I waited an hour to be seen as did many of the other patients.
I saw Dr Tess and her assistant (whose name escapes me.. my apologies... brunette with a green headband), were both a joy to work with and are worth a solid 5 stars. Thorough, knowledgable, and gave me a lot of information that I'm sure she says a million times a day, but did not sound like a recording when she reiterated the information to me. Thank you, Dr Tess + assistant! *However the front desk seems to be rather inefficient and rather crass. I hate that such a quality physicians reputation could be damaged by her front desk staff. And I'm not talking about any one in particular, I spoke with 4 of them while I was there, and when I called the office I spoke to Taylor who "I don't know I'm just a front desk person" isn't a professional thing to say on the telephone. Try "I'm not sure but let me transfer you to someone who does" which she did transfer me to the guy who helped me get a cheaper prescription through loudoun pharmacy.
It was great. I told her I never been in and out so fast.
Dr. Tess was very professional and compassionate. Her office staff was also thorough and professional.
She is my favorite at this place. So sweet, very informative. And very gentle. Love her.
Doctor Nasabzadeh was fantastic. She was very efficient, and very friendly. She even went out of her way to offer a recommendation for and Endocrinologist for me without me even needing to ask. She was very sweet, and I've already recommended her to my family.
I actually did not meet with Tess, unbeknownst to me, I was scheduled to meet with her PA-C Mr Kohn— who was GREAT! Very concise, informative, patient, and personally called me back when my results came in! Will def make this guy my go-to for derm issues.
I liked the doctor and the staff very much. The waiting room was very crowded and the wait a little longer than I had hoped.
I like Dr. Tess very much! I will see her again. She is very thorough and knowledgeable.
Very nice and professional. Clearly explained my treatments and prescriptions. I highly recommend her.
Arrived 20 min early as a first time patient and first time at dermatologist (so I was a little nervous). Check-in with Jennifer was a breeze! Jennifer was friendly, upbeat, organized, and professional. Both PAs that I met were also courteous, professional, and warm. They answered my questions and their kindness and patience helped ease my stress. I met with a different doctor - Dr. David Kon. Dr. Kon was fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. He took his time explaining his diagnosis and skin care recommendations. He answered all of my questions and I felt truly at ease by the end of the examination. I highly recommend this practice!
Dr Tess was really great. She cared about my concerns and did a thorough skin exam. Only downside was the extremely busy waiting room and about a 40 minute wait past my apt time. Frustrating, but worth it for a dr that I like.
Dr. Tess is great - kind and knowledgeable. I was in the waiting room for over an hour. I'm not sure if this is normal for this busy office, but had I been told upfront that I would be waiting an hour I would have been happy to just reschedule for another time instead of waiting and losing valuable work time.
Was seen on time. Physician and assistants very helpful.
