Patient reviews for Dr. Thomas Azzolini
Dr. Azzolini is extremely knowledgeable. He explains your condition/issue in detail. I felt very confident after each of my visits. He is also a friendly doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Azzolini.
He was very helpful in addressing several issues and proactively consulting on long-term care treatments. When asked about something outside of his field of expertise, he went out of his way to bring in his colleague to consult with me as well. Above and beyond service.
I needed bunion surgery and after my first consultation with Dr. Azzolini I was scheduled right away! They even provide transportation to and from the surgery site (important due to the anesthesia). Very seamless process and the surgery went great.
Very informative and patient. Excellent with kids.
Great doctor but the wait time is always about an hour. Making an appointment is useless in this office. I have had 5 appointments and all I had to wait about an hour for all of them. They should dona better job in time scheduling as people have other things to do
Extremely informative and excellent bedside manner
I scheduled an initial appointment with Dr. Azzolini in regards to my bunions. He suggested to take x-ray of my feet immediately. Dr. Azzolini was very patient in discussing the options I have to permanently fix the bunions and alternatives on how to slow the deformities.
Great! Office was clean and easy to find. They did make me fill out forms even after I filled out forms on Zocdoc, but not a big deal. Got me out of the waiting room quickly and I probably sat in the exam room for about 15 minutes. Doctor was great. Explained everything clearly. The only downside - the staff behind the front desk did not take a copay or mention anything about me being billed for it and by the time I was done they were gone. Otherwise - great! Will definitely come back if needed.
Dr. Azzolini was great - very attentive, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend!
Dr. Azzolini was very professional, knowlegeable and skilled. I am very happy I chose his office for treatment.
I’ve been treated by Dr Azzolini in the past. Excellent surgeon and follow up care. As a runner I look for a doctor who understands and gets me back on my feet as quickly as possible.
Dr. Azzolini is very knowledgeable and personable!! Very helpful in making it easy for me to understand my diagnosis and how best to treat it! Would recommend him to everyone and any one!!
Exceptional! Highly recommended. I was seen in a timely fashion with the best of care.
Was very thorough and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and able to share that knowledge with ease.
Fast and took his time with me . Explained everything to me.
Dr. Azzolini is very friendly and knowledgeable.
DR was very knowledgeable about my foot pain. Went to the ER AND they missed a fractured in my foot.
I was nervous but the nurse and the Dr. were very reassuring. He explained my condition and tge measured that needed to be take. I truly enjoyed this experience.
great doctor. Very knowledgeable.
Wonderful doctor that was very attentive and helpful, it made up for the wait time!
I had heel pain and Dr. A. wanted to give me a shot of steroids. I didn't want to start with this and he tried to talk me into it, saying, "Nothing gives immediate relief like a shot of steroids!" So if that's what you're looking for, he would be a good doctor to go to.
Super helpful. Really took his time to explain everything.
Dr. Azzolini is so knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining what is going on. This was our first trip to a podiatrist and can't imagine going anywhere else. You're in good hands.
Dr. Azzolini was great - very thorough and clear in his evaluation of my issue and with the treatment plan. He is very competent with a cordial, friendly and professional demeanor. I am very pleased I chose him from my insurance plan and feel confident I have found the right doctor to treat me.
Very professional and very complete. It was an appointment made late and the wait time is understandable.
I liked him. He introduced himself as Tom, which I liked. He was somewhat aggressive in his recommendations for how to fix the issues I am having with my feet. He was very knowledgeable about the foot and my specific issues, which I liked. At times, it felt like he was trying to sell me on surgery or on his ability to perform surgery better than other doctors. He told me to seek a second opinion (in the beginning of the appointment) and then at the end of the appointment I requested a copy of my x-rays so as to seek a second opinion and he responded with "Well, second opinions sometimes confuse people." It felt like he was trying to sell me on his services, which I didn't feel extremely comfortable with. I would recommend going into the appointment with specific questions of what to ask about your issues. He is definitely very smart and well-trained, but also may try to persuade you into going another route than you initially hoped for. In general, good doctor and would recommend.
Great job, professional, and a great friendly staff.
The staff was so nice!!
Visited the doctor for my nail injury, doc was very professional and treated my injury professionally and provided me the right treatment which reduced pain and helped in speedy recovery Wait time was less than 15mins I would highly recommend doc for Podiatry issues
I'm so glad I found Dr. Azzolini. I had been to two podiatrists before who were unable to treat my condition. My first trip Dr Thomas Azzolini was extremely kind and professional and knew what he was doing. He explained the procedure he was going to do and even wrote it down for me when requested. I would highly recommend him if you have any issues related to warts.
I just can't say enough about Dr. Azzolini. He is the best.
I had a foot injury, he thought it was inflamed tendons but it was a fracture. When I saw him he explained that fractures can take a few weeks to show on an x-ray. Ok. So I went into a boot and saw him a several times over a period of a few weeks. The last time I saw him he gave me a cortisone shot and told me to take the boot off after a few days. I did so and felt fine, and then was in extreme pain and back in the boot 2 weeks later. He should have taken an X-ray again before telling me to get out of the boot, as it would have been 4 weeks since my initial visit. Instead, I had to start the process all over with another doctor and wear a boot for another 8 weeks. The entire process from start to end has run me close to 4 months, much of which could have been avoided had he been diligent in treating me.
Dr. Thomas Azzolini is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Explained everything thoroughly. Very professional.
Great doctor! Took the time to explain and did not waste any time! Will be back!
I went in because I was having severe foot pain. Dr. Azzolini diagnosed the problem right away and gave me a cortisone injection to relieve the inflammation in my foot. Three weeks later and I am totally pain free! He also recommended custom orthotics to help prevent this pain from happening again.
Great! Very knowledgable and pleasant.
Really nice guy! Knowledgeable and explained everything very well.
Very knowledgeable and proficient.
Great bedside manner, very professional and friendly. Barely sat down in the waiting room before he was available to see me. Overall, great visit.
Office staff was very friendly and the doctor was excellent. Explained everything thoroughly, very friendly and empathetic and was clear when it came to next steps. Very happy to have found him!
Excellent Doctor, he treated my ingrown toe nail and was very compassionate. His staff was great too!
The staff was kind and helpful. The doctor was direct and concise. However, after he finished, he walked out without saying anything. I didn't know that my visit was done until I heard speaking with another patient.
Excellent! Competent and professional staff!
Professional, knowledgeable, clearly presented pluses and minuses of options and recommendation, cognizant of potential financial implications for patient, good "bedside" manner (well, podiatrist, so chairside)
Dr. Azzolini performed corrective surgery on my big toe. From the moment I met him I knew I was in good hands. He is somehow able to be both casual and professional at the same time, which put me at ease. He took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure I fully understood my issue and course of treatment. My recovery has been remarkably fast, which I attribute to his skill as a surgeon.
