Patient reviews for Dr. Thomas Hoang
Smart, professional, straight forward manner helped me better understand my condition and path forward.
Answered my questions, not necessarily the most understanding/emphathetic/straightforward visit though.
The office was clean and accessible. Receptionist was friendly. Doctor was nice but didn’t explain condition thoroughly.
Didn’t really explain much and didn’t give me much reassurance
Highly recomend. He was great at diagnosing and helping me. He was a second Dr. I saw, definitely not looking for a new one.
He was nice,he listened, and helped me with the problem I went to see him for
All was good. Waited about 15 min to be seen. Dr. Hoang is very patinent. Explained all of my questions. Good service.
Practically no wait. Doctor saw me right away and answered all of my questions. Would recommend!
Great visit. Great staff. Great treatment. Highly recommend.
Excellent doctor. He is a professional. doctor. I recommend him. I will be there on 11/29/2017 with my MRI report.

The doctor spent so much time going over my concerns. I was very pleased. Staff was friendly.
Dr. was great, listened to my migraine issues and suggested various ways to deal with it.
Bedside manner was a bit colder than I am use to. The office staff were professional.
Dr Thomas was a good listener and asked question related to my health issues.
Didnt actually see thomas hanng but doctor i saw in his place took good care of me
Excellent doctor, answered all of my questions and I was pleased with his expertise.
Great doctor, attentive but straight to the point.
not personal NEVER looked away from computer
Dr. Hoang is great. Very down to earth explained everything. Visit was quick.
He is professional and knowledgeable person. I recommend him.
Good doctor. Very thorough and the staff is wonderful too.
Dr Thomas was very good, waiting time wasn't long.
Poor bedside manner, generally uncomfortable interaction. Tried to up sell me on multiple other services without a medical explanation for why I needed the services.
GOOD
Check-in was quick. Medical staff took vitals and history were efficient, professional and courteous. Dr Hoang asked a few questions and did a few reflex tests and is sending me for further testing. We’ll see how the follow up visit goes.
It was great from start to finish. I was also able to get some tests done in the office. Very happy to be able to find him and get an appt the same day.
I felt like this doctor did not care what was going on with you, didn’t look at me once when i was explaining my issue, didn’t show any type of concern. Was typing away and send me for some test. It felt like it was a business transaction when you go to the store buy something and the cashier rings you up and says bye I won’t go to him again
As a first time visitor I really enjoyed the experience. The staff is very polite and made it feel welcoming. I appreciate the time and the professionalism of the doctor. I also ended up getting an infusion IV and the staff member that assisted me with that was very nice and friendly.
Dr. was downright insulting in his lack of concern and diagnosis of my condition. After explaining how I would like to attempt to try and wean off beta blockers, he laughed and said "so what do you want to do?" in a rushing annoyed tone. Have never experienced such mistreatment from a physician before. Will be searching for a new Dr. asap.
Great doctor, everyone in the office was so nice, Nina is like a Angel and Nazia is also very polite and nice and caring, both they are sweetheart. I am extremely happy with this place, I didn’t wait long and they took excellent care of me, couldn’t asked for more. I will recommend to anyone to come and visit this amazing doctor and great staff, clean office and nice, will keep coming back
Every time I go here, it feels like I'm not taken seriously. I have to pay a ton of money just to walk through the door and then it feels like he is trying to get me out of his office as fast as possible. He often belittles my concerns. The only advice he's given me is to drink more water.
Great staff ( the front receptionist *deeper tone*, and brain wave guy) were both who I came in contact with and were stellar in the customer service dept. didn’t make me feel uncomfortable when I removed my wig for the scan
Very nice people!
Excellent. Very smart and caring
Dr. Hoang was great. I have been to three other neurologists in the past and he was the first one I trusted to correctly diagnose my symptoms and give me good recommendations. The actions he suggested were very thorough, and the whole time he had a very reassuring manner, willing to listen to anything I wanted to add or answer any questions I had. I left feeling much less anxious and like I had a plan in place for the future.
Great doctor.
I’ve never met a more indifferent doctor in my life. MRI came back with an abnormality, and instead of talking about options or reasons to not worry, he premature provided a diagnosis ranging from scar tissue to MS. Follow up questions were met with a literal shrug. I ended up walking out of my last appointment where I spoke with the doctor for 30 seconds about a medication reaction that he couldn’t have cared less about, and was still billed. I’ve switched ALL care away from this office.
He was very kind and asked all the questions to find out exactly what is happening, he did exams and waiting for the results! So glad I came. The staff are kind
The receptionist booked my appointment wrong. It affected my new job- they acted like I was ridiculous for getting upset. Dr. Hoang had to have me convince him I had a neurological problem, insisting I’m just flat footed. I received a call back on March 20th about my results, calling back about five times (and emailing) to get my results. I have been totally ignored. Today I booked an appt and they called saying it was no longer available and that the doctor could maybe call me back in 24 hours with results. I’m flabbergasted at the lack of care and professionalism, especially as the receiptonist today told me I was “rude” for demanding my results. Now I have to go into the office and I won’t leave until they give them to me.
I should have gone with my gut feeling. This doctor was not very relatable and didn’t seem to fully explain the exams. You want a doctor that really cares for each individual patients concerns. He will simply hand you a print out that you can get online about migraines and when your exams reviews arrive he will simply hand it to you as a print out. Waste of the little 5 minutes or less that he gives his patients. My exams had arrived early but they won’t contact you. You literally have to be on top of them to get the information you are requesting. I would get a second opinion elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend.
He was unfriendly, rude and detached and didn’t seem to care at all about the patient. Barely looked at the patient from behind his computer. Overall a very disappointing visit. Will never go back!
I am very happy my MRI results came out fine and that this time Dr. Hoang at least remembered me and gave me more of his time and energy than other times I have seen him. I just wish he was a little nicer and didn’t make rude comments or sigh and clench his teeth when dealing with his patients.
Dr. Hoang was very professional and listened to my concerns with care. He was quick to suggest two tests that I needed and an MRI to rule anything out. The check in process was swift and the receptionist (wish I knew her name) was incredibly sweet to me even though I came to her multiple times for different questions. The technician was very nice as well, and the office is very clean. Only recommendation to the office - add a hook to the bathroom door. =)
Very good and professional
