She was "nice" but not warm and I felt like just a number and rushed on. I don't think that I will be returning.
The front office did not communicate with the doctors assistants upon my arrival. I waited in the waiting area for 47 minutes and after 20 minutes of waiting I notified the receptionist that I was still there. I was upset because I arrived before time had all my forms filled out on the portal before my visit. I left work early assuming I would be seen on time not sitting in the waiting area due to poor communication.
The staff was super professional, Dr. Clay was knowledgeable and efficient. For my first time seeing a dermatologist, she has set the tone for professionalism.
Great experience. She was warm, friendly and answered all of my questions.
Dr. Clay was kind, informative, and helpful.
The wait wasn't long, the front desk secretary was very sweet. The office is really nice, they got me in a room quickly. Then Dr. Clay comes in, she literally glances/squints at my skin (acts like I have the plague. I don't, just eczema), couldn't tell me what was going on, and then recommends an expensive sunscreen they sell in the clinic. LOL, I wish I could get my copay back.
Dr. Clay was extremely nice and walked me through the exam. It was my first skin exam since I was a child so it was nice to know what was going on. She also talked me through any other skin concerns I had while doing the exam and provided great feedback for tips and prescriptions. i booked a morning appointment before work and I was quick - in & out - maybe 30 minutes. I will be returning for my next exam and highly recommend.
The best dermatologist I've never had, the appointment was terrific. Could not recommend more.
Dr. Clay was excellent. Her staff is very personable and make you feel as though your care is important to them. The wait was short, and the information provided to me was informative.
Tiffany is friendly, kind, efficient and professional. I will definitly recommend her. I was well taken care of. Debbie B
I look forward to returning for my next follow up visit.
I loved Dr. Clay! I was very hesitant to start going back to the dermatologist since I have had such a bad experience in the past. But Dr. Clay was very nice and she listened to my needs and my concerns. She didn't try to force me to try out anything I didn't want. And other plus was that everyone in the office was very professional and nice as well. Can't wait to go back and start seeing my results!
Dr. Clay was professional and clearly stated her approach to my care. Very positive experience and I didn't wait long at all!
Very professional and actually spoke to me instead of my mother.
Knowledgeable but very rushed.
I visited the Buckhead office since I knew another doctor in the area. The front staff was very friendly and polite. Wait time was not an issue. Dr. Clay was friendly, knowledgeable, "down to earth".
Dr. Clay, her assistant and the front desk workers were relatable and down to earth. Everyone didn't hesistate to review all side effects and answer any questions.
I did get checked in quickly, but the lady who was checking me in was pretty nonchalant to everyone. She acted like she didn't want to be there. There was no warm greeting or any greeting at all. She just basically told people to sign-in and have a seat. When she called me back up she told me I left some fields on my paperwork blank. She made it seem like I had left ons of fields blank but it was literally 2 things and they were both n/a for me, but there wasn't an option for that online so I just left them blank. I will say that the nurses were very nice and friendly. They were probably the only saving grace to this office. I actually unknowingly ran into the doctor as she was coming out of the bathroom, but she seemed annoyed that I was waiting for her to come out of the bathroom. There is only 1 bathroom in the facility and it is right outside of the employee only area with not much space to stand so I had to stand pretty close to the door. She came into my patient room over 15mins after I had already been waiting. She did apologize for making me wait so at least she acknowledged, but it didn't seem sincere. She wasn't warm or friendly, but she at least did let me ask a couple of questions. I would rate her average, just another typical doctor who just wants to prescribe medicine without suggesting other alternatives or without exploring symptoms more deeply.
Dr. Clay was incredibly through, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. She quickly assessed my son's skin issues, and gave an easy to follow daily regime to treat his acne. Both of us were very impressed with her! When I found out she treated adults too, I decided to switch over to her from my long time dermatologist. Top notch doctor!!
My visit to Dr. Clay's office was such a professional experience I would recommend her services to everyone whomever needs such services it was great.
She was very sweet and welcoming! She right away knew what my issue was and she gave suggestions on smaller issues I had been dealing with! Her staff was friendly and efficient as well!
Tiffany was great! She did a quick mole removal for me and I was in and out in about 30 minutes.
Had a great experience this morning at Dr. Clay's office. The staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Clay was attentive and proactive about addressing my concerns. Much appreciated first thing in the morning!
Dr. Clay is awesome! I have seen many Dermatologists over the years for Acne and scaring with little success. Dr. Clay has my skin looking bright and tight! I just love her! So grateful to Zoc Doc and her for listing herself! Great doc!
She is a great doctor. Very nice!
My visit was excellent! Dr. Clay was extremely professional and she displayed a confidence that made me feel comfortable receiving information from her. She knew her stuff! Her staff was professional and on top of it. Excellent staff. Would definitely recommend her and go to her again.
She was professional, friendly, consice and knowledgeable
I thought Dr. Clay was very personable and easy to chat with! She was very understanding as I explained my medical history and my reason for seeing her.
Very timely office visit. Dr.Clay answered all my questions and explained all medications thoroughly. I was even able to speak with the Esthetician on additional procedures. I'm looking forward to seeing my results.
Great experience. I walked in, she knew exactly what was wrong and then not only handled my prescription but she also gave me a same to use.
Great office. This was my first time into Dr. Clay's office and the staff was extremely nice and helpful, and Dr. Clay herself was wonderful. She took the time to go through everything I had asked about and made sure she addressed everything I had questions about. Overall I'd highly recommend her.
She was very professional and knowledgeable. She and her staff were very friendly
I will continue to visit Dr.Clay!
Free parking :)
The office is conveniently located and parking is easy (not usually the case in Midtown). I experienced little to no wait time. The front desk staff and nurse were very friendly. Dr. Clay is knowledgeable and took the time to listen. I was nervous when she recommended three prescriptions that are typically very pricey through my insurance, but the mail service they use makes them free and I was given samples to use until they arrived. I've had to make a few follow up calls since with various questions, and all have been answered promptly. My mom has the same skin condition and I've already recommended she switch to this office.
Pleasant first experience with a dermatologist. Tended to all my concerns and explained things clearly. Everyone else in the office was friendly as well. Very positive experience overall.
She was a great doctor.
Dr. Clay's staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the electronic form submission on ipad. I was seen very quickly and Dr. Clay didn't rush the appointment at all answering all my questions. It was one of the best visits I've had in general with a doctor.
