Dr. Murray seems like a nice person. Down to earth and relatable. Easy to talk to and listens to what you have to say. She is not a pushy doctor and takes her time with you. She didn't seem to be in a hurry to rush out of the room. She truly cares about your well being. She also explains in detail about medications and picks the best suitable treatment for your reason of visit. This was my first time seeing Dr. Murray. My only one complaint was the wait time, but I understand that she sees a lot of patients in one day and she takes her time with each of them to give them the best possible care. So just bring a book or something to keep you occupied in the waiting room/exam room. :)
I highly recommend Dr. Murray, she and her staff are professional, knowledgeable and down to earth! I've finally found a doctor who listens and is assertive about patient care. Over all the entire vision took about 2 hrs. and it was worth the wait! Good quality care!
I waited in the waiting room for over 45 mns before I went up and asked how long it was going to be before I was taken back and they said she (the Dr ) was an Hour and 30 mns behind. No one told me this when I checked in. I just sat there- this is wrong! My time is just an important- I really like this Dr but I will not wait an hour and 30 mins with out someone having the courtesy to tell me how long the wait is- beyond frustrating!!
My husbands appointment was at 10:00am. We got there a little early so that we had time to check in. We were still not back in the room until after 11:00am people that got there after us were going in before us, and lots of people were leaving when few were going in. We did not get out of a general check up until 12:30. My appointment was at 2:20pm and did not get back into the room until 3:00pm. Mine at least was a little faster in the room too less waiting time in the room unlike my husband's.
My appt w/ Dr Murray was very satisfactory. My questions were answered efficiently. However the wait for appt was far too long.
I felt like she listened to everything I needed to discuss and feel as if she will help me with my healthcare needs.
Simply relieved to have found a doctor who genuinely cares about her patient's overall well-being. She was delightful.
Dr. Murray was very kind and had a great personality.
dr. Murray is seriously awesome! The wait time is a little long but most definitely worth it. she takes the time to look up and study your history before entering the room, which makes it so much smoother! You can tell she actually got into this field to help people. definitely recommend her!!
She was very nice & I was definately happy that I had chosen her.I plan to have her as my Dr. for a long time.
Dr Murray was very nice and listened and I loved that she already had read up on my medical history before coming into the room. she was very polite and gave me great suggestions on what to do moving forward. I had heard great things about her and her MA and so far they were true. glad I made the switch to her office. -Barbara C.
She took the time to explain everything in great detail and made me feel at ease about my diagnosis.
