I was thoroughly satisfied with the visit. The exam was thorough and detailed so as to properly diagnose my issue. She explained what my current situation was and showed me the evidence via X-ray. She explained the treatment option available and discussed the process of implementation. I asked her several questions about the procedure, all of which she answered. She also gave me a detailed pamphlet and encouraged me to do some research independently before deciding.
Diagnosis was not what I want to hear but she was very assuring and detailed in what she said and why. She has a fabulous bedside manner and is very understanding.
Very knowledgeable and caring Doctor I went in in a great deal of pain in my knee when I left the pain was minimized and I have a plan for healing so I'm very impressed with the service was very thorough including my x-rays going over them with me and spending the time to talk about what was going overall a great experience.
Perfect Dr for us. I'm glad we found her!
I LOVE HER!!!!!
I was extremely pleased with how quickly Dr. Bridges located the source of my condition. I had been experiencing severe pain for two weeks and had three trips to the ER without any success.
Dr. Bridges is very thorough, but unfortunately that level of care can result in long wait times.
Dr. Bridges is the best and I will definitely go back to see her!
I loved Dr. Bridges. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She has an upbeat demeanor and is very personable.
Very friendly, made my Daughter smile about getting a cast on her arm.
Dr. Bridges performed surgery on my right arm and she did an excellent job of caring for me and even taking the time to make sure she didnt take me out the arm brace too soon. Great Doctor She Is!!
Doctor was not personable. She shut down after I informed her that I was not willing to have surgery and be cut up when all I needed was a little physical therapy. Seems to me too surgery happy which leads to more money.
I was told that the wait that day was unusually long, but the practice is very busy. The doctor was excellent in her treatment of my problem, but initially, the conversation during which she asked all of the necessary questions to determine what was wrong and what should be done, felt pressuring, and she sometimes spoke just too fast. I did reflect that back to her and she slowed down, a bit. so, far, her treatment of my problem has been excellent. I will see her in two weeks to determine what should be done next.
Her bedside manner needs some improvement
Excellent visit. Dr. Bridges explained what the problem was, what the remedy would be, and asked what I wanted to do.
Dr. Bridges is a well-qualified doctor however I would definitely suggest blocking out at least 2hrs or more when making an appointment. She takes her time with her patients however, the downfall is prolong waiting during your visit.
My visit with Vestinia Bridges MD was excellent. Very cordial, diagnosed the problem very quickly, and very humorous. She would be highly recommended.
Dr. Bridges was very informative and helpful in explaining my condition. I felt good about understanding what was going on, very appreciative.
Great personality!! Made me feel comfortable
On the day of my visit, it was announced by staff that Dr. Bridges was backed up and running late. I arrived about 3:20. My appointment was 3:40 and I was not seen by Dr. Bridges until approximately 5:15.which was 95 minutes later. This was my first time seeing Dr. Bridges so the wait time did not leave a good impression. And because it was late, I felt she was moving fast, in and out in 10 minutes, but during that time she had a good bedside manner and I had heard good things about her talking with persons in the waiting area, except that she often runs late.
She's the best. Wouldn't trade her for anything. Fantastic Orthopedic Physician!!!
She was very kind and down to earth.
Dr, bridges is a great doctor. She listen to your concerns and treats them appropriately. The x- Ray tech is also top notch. The office staff is professional. The wait time can be less. I had to wait between 45 minutes to an hour.
Dr. Bridges is awesome, she is extremely personable and highly knowledgable.
She was very informative and willing to answer my questions. Very thorough.
I love Dr. Bridges! She treated me a few years ago for an ankle injury and now I'm receiving treatment for my knee. However, the office lacks time management. On average, the wait time is an hour before seeing Dr. Bridges.
Enjoyed the visit very professional.
Very personable and provided great explanation of injury and treatment.
Dr. Bridges was efficient, and friendly, as always. Visits with her are very brief; that's one of two unpleasant aspects of seeing her. The other is the wait time -- although I must say that that has vastly improved. And the waiting room is no longer crammed; that's nice. Dr. Bridges is very good at what she does, and she cares.
Amazing. The nursing staff (the black gentlman who's birthday is coming up on January 12, can't remember his name but I think his initials are RS (; was very professional and considerate. Dr. Bridges was excellent and very personable, I was very impressed. She was referred by my besite and I am so glad I took her advice and made the decision to go.
Dr.Bridges gave accurate diagnosis and treatment, in network pricing always a plus. Wonderful bedside manner. Love her : ) as far as I'm concerned she comes highly recommended.
Awesome, awesome, awesome. Excellent bedside manner, very personable and well worth the wait. I will refer my family and friends. We need more doctors like Dr. Bridges.
Great doc! Very personable and caring with a great sense of humor. She & her team are very professional & good at what they do.
Waited to long, appontment was at 9:05 am did not see the doctor until 10:30am.
She was very knowledgeable
She does not respect the time constraints of her patients and is very slow to get to you and very fast to finish with you.
She makes you comfortable. She talks to you and is straight with you about your problem.
Loved loved loved Dr Bridges. She made my 12 year old feel at ease and got down to business! I'd recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Bridges let's you know exactly what's going on and offers solutions. Thank you so much for your care.
She was thorough and she examined me well.
Dr. Bridges is awesome, honestly. She takes the time to answer all of your concerns and that makes you really happy especially when you get the results you desire and are "pain free". However, we sometimes get impatient when she is treating the client who is in there before us, with the same love and care that we ourselves appreciate when she gets to us. This causes her to fall behind and the front desk always makes an announcement that "your appointment time is running an hour behind" LOL. But it's all good. Maybe they shouldn't schedule so many people at the same time, or maybe just a little further apart, because she is in great demand because she is such a professional how takes a lot of pride in her work with her patients. I think that's a good thing.
Dr. Bridges was thorough and explained the options for my care and the expectation for each option.
I enjoyed not filling out papers by hand, technology is great. The waiting area was nice, and the wait time was excellent, not long at all.
Dr. Bridges was great and I loved her bedside manner. Her professionalism is outstanding. Although the wait was longer than I like it was well worth the wait.
Dr. Bridges is a good doctor. I would and will recommend her to others. There is a long wait time, but that is because she as a large number of patients who are seeking her services.
My visit was great, wish I would have known about her sooner. She is very knowledgeable about Sports medicine.
She was fantastic. Her bedside manner put me at ease instantly. She's knowledgeable without coming across as arrogant. Definitely not the norm!!!
The front desk people came in late. They did not give me back my ID and medical card. My appr was at 8:45 wasn't seen until 9:35. She left the office before I could finish asking questions. She put info on the form that I didn't say.
Dr. Bridges is amazing!! What doesn't work is the long wait times and the overworked/overwhelmed staff. The tech was in such a hurry to get to the next patient that she pointed me back to my room. I got turned around and it took another few minutes of me standing in the hall for them to locate her and get me into the right room. They often run hours behind schedule and actually have a sign posted in the lobby warning about long waits....not acceptable!!
She was ok. I felt like the examination was rushed and did not I feel like I could ask questions. She recommended physical therapy. I returned for a follow up on 7/24 and the wait was over two hours. I got my copay back and left. Apparently, she just returned from vacation and the office was packed. I was told there would be a 45 min delay but unfortunately that was not true. I will not return. I really wanted to see her but too much time passed without seeing her.
Hate the wait but I love my bone doc. She is a competent, caring medical professional
I was a new patient and when she enter the room she didn't even introduce herself and when she had completed the exam she did say good bye.
Dr. Bridges was very personable and did not make me feel at all rushed. Her assistant was also sweet and pleasant. . The x-ray technician was also nice. I was pleased with this visit.
The visit was great. Dr. Bridges is always friendly and greats me a smile. She is an excellent doctor.
Dr. Bridges is great especially with kids and sports injuries. My son loved her and I was glad to have her helping my son with his injury.
She was my angle from heaven; I've been to so many doctor with this problem and not one seem to get it. But she knew and listen to concerns. Thank You and Bless You
Dr. Bridges beside manner was not pleasant and felt rushed. The "new patient" documents specifically asked for secondary issues which I entered before seeing the doctor. Following the diagnosis of my primary issue I was told point blank that she would not be looking at the secondary issue I came in for even though I had been assured by her assistant that it would be x-rayed and diagnosed following the diagnosis of the primary issue I came in for. Had it been made clear to me that only one injury would be looked into during this visit, I would have booked my appointment with another doctor to avoid having to miss two days at work. Very disappointing.
I loved the efficient check-in method. Pretty much as soon as I completed it, I was called to the back, x-rays were taken and when the dr walked into the exam room, her assistant had already prepared my shot and everything was ready to go. Dr. Bridges spoke with me, explained my situation in a way that I understood. She stated her plan of action and I was out of her office within 30 minutes of my scheduled appointment. I appreciate a dr. that respects my time!
She was excellent! I will keep her as my doctor.
Dr Bridges is the ultimate professional. She puts me completely at ease with her knowledge and understanding of my injury. I really like the fact that after I was told by a different specialist that surgery is inevitable for my injury, Dr. Brudges said "Not so fast - Let's treat it first and consider surgery as a last resort" I trust her implicitly with my injury
Amazed at findings.
Had to wait too long.
Dr. Bridges office is a very busy office. I was first seen by her five years ago for a shoulder issue. This was my first visit in five year for same issue. After reviewing my record, it was like she had just seen a few days ago. Bedside manner was great, very friendly and professional. The wait was less than I had expected. You must bring patients with you to her office which is shared by several other doctors in her specialty.
I was plesantly surprised.
this was my first visit and Dr. Bridges was great. I came in with issues regarding my ankles. After asking a few questions, she felt that there was something going on with me internally and recommended we start there. No other doctor has done that before. Dr. Bridges listened to everything I had to say even about some additional issues that I have been going through. I look forward to working with Dr. Bridges to get to the root of my problem(s) so that I can start feeling like my old self again.
She is who she is. Not going to say that she's unprofessional, bit I think she's just personal and wants you to make xokfortable. Overall, she's knowledgable. The wait time for me was like an hour. Staffs are okay.
She is very nice and makes visiting a doctor fun.
Dr. Bridges listens to you, tells you what is going on and why. She explains what needs to be done to correct the problem. And yes, I understood everything she said!
I actually got confused about the date of my appointment and showed up a week early; Dr. Bridges' staff were very helpful and she agreed to squeeze me in that day. While I didn't spend much time with her, I appreciated that service and would recommend her.
Excellent doctor. Dr. Bridges figured out what was wrong even though my description was fuzzy.
She may know what she's doing as she seemed confident but her manner is not at all comforting. My knee was in a lot of pain and she kept squeezing my knee to get it to relax. It was highly painful and she kept doing it. I was there for 3 hours, starving and thirsty by the time I left. I felt rushed when I finally saw her and didn't understand any better about what may be going on with my knee. She did give me a better brace, but I would like a doctor that actually makes me feel like part of the process.
Dr. Bridges was thorough and pleasant. She made me feel comfortable when she treated the paronychia on my right thumb.
My visit with Dr. Bridges was great. She is a very knowledgable doctor. I didn't care for the wait, but once I was seen she had me in and out in no time. She was right to the point.
Dr Bridges was very friendly and knowledgeable
You couldn't ask for a more thorough, skilled doctor than Dr. Bridges.
I go to Dr. Bridges to get results. She is a good doctor and very knowledgable at her craft! I trust her. She spends time with you explaining what you are going through and the remedy to make you better. She is not the type of doctor that sits around and jokes and gets personal with you. She is a no nonsense type doctor and I like her a lot when my body is hurting for some unforeseen reason.
Awesome physician who attends to patient needs with a pleassant attitiude.
The wait was very long but Dr. Bridges was phenomenal! I felt at ease with her diagnosis and the treatment options that she offered. Again the wait was very long but thankfully Dr. Bridges was well worth the wait.
Dr. Bridges is a "people" doctor who cares about every patient as if he/she is her only patient. For this reason, sometimes the wait is extensive; however, if you put yourself in the shoes of the patient before you, wouldn't you want that special attention, too? She is very thorough & knows her craft very well which enables her to diagnose your issue, accurately, by just listening to your symptoms. I have been her patient for about 13 years; she hasn't missed, yet & I love that she does not go, immediately, to surgery for resolution, nor does she prescribe Rxs unless absolutely necessary. Additionally, every other doctor to whom she has referred me has, also, been wonderful! The wait is well worth the reward; so, take your tablet or a book & pack your patience!
Such a pleasant person with a GREAT sense of humor...refreshing.
Visit with Dr. Bridges was good. She was able to pinpoint exactly what the problem was I was having with my foot.
She's been my orthopedic specialists for several years now. She is a motivator. Explains her diagnosis in a clear, understandable and professional manner. I've recommended her to several friends and family members who are current patients of hers.
Had a pretty long wait....about an hour and 35 minutes but she was able to see right away what was wrong and had a solution. Hopefully the wait time will improve in the future.
Very very disappointed with the wait time. Our appt was for 10:40 AM and we did not even get back to be seen till after 1:00 PM. Then we were out by 1:20 - very very bad system. Would have to consider other DRs based on the long long wait - so disappointed. Would have preferred to be scheduled another day than sit through this long wait in the crowded waiting area.
To date, still the only doctor that's been able to determine what was wrong with my shoulder at all. I'm about two years out from surgery now, and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bridges! I feel fantastic and I can't wait to get back into playing tennis!
I had a terrible experience with this doctor. I was having trouble after surgery and was denied service because I missed a few physical therapy appointments due to my work schedule. She did the surgery and refused to see me. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.
