As a new patient, he asked a lot of questions about previous procedures and my opinion on current ones. His assistant was very quick and painless with the blood work and tests. I also brought with me a few forms for traveling, which he very willingly filled out without grudge for more forms. He was very fun and talkative; if I had any questions about why he wanted a test, he explained it to me in "regular man" talk. :) When I requested a few things, he was a bit reluctant to oblige, but he explained why and also asked why I wanted them. The only thing that was difficult for me was his very strong accent. I had to ask him to repeat his statement a few times. Overall, I loved this guy!

Hard to understand. Kept checking his cell phone that was ringing while he was in the room talking to me. Very long wait time.
