I highly recommend Virginia. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door, and was extremely helpful, patient, and generous when I was having difficulty with my insurance. She is very relatable and it was easy to open up to her about my insecurities and goals. Her approach to weight loss and management is all about moderation and whole-body health. It feels much more realistic and attainable when you don't have to eliminate entire food groups from your diet. She gave me a long list of snack food suggestions as well as a detailed daily menu with several options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall I was very happy with my visit and I'm looking forward to working with her again.
