Caring, compassionate, thorough doctor. Accurate diagnosis and several options offered for treatment. Very nice facility and staff. Quick and efficient turnaround but most importantly immediate relief from lifelong symptoms. Will definitely be returning for additional procedures and have already recommended to friends and family. Dr. E leaves the competition in the mud.

The doctor/doctors at this hell hole allowed me to be put into restraints after surgery, and knowing I had a fractured coccyx, when there were surely other methods to address the problem at hand. I will NEVER use Boston Medical Center again, and will advise anyone I come into contact with to avoid this mess of a hospital at all costs. The experience didn't last a few hours, it lasted at least 18 hours, so inappropriate. I will NEVER forgive the perpetrators of this nightmare!

Dr.Ezzat is so personable and compassionate. He always addresses my concerns. I would highly recommend him for anyone young or old! I never have to wait longer than 30 minutes for my appointment. Scheduling follow up appointments is super easy through ZocDoc or by calling the office. Dr.Ezzat makes you feel comfortable in the chair... Even when he is evaluating inside your nose or throat! ;) He takes his time with each patient and explains all treatment/diagnoses in terms you can understand... No doctor language! Go see him today to solve any ENT needs!
