This office was completely unprofessional. I arrived and promptly gave my paperwork. I was 10 minutes early to fill out thepapers because it was my first visit to this office. I then sat and waited 40 minutes, 30 past my appointment time. I listened to 4 receptionists sit and chat loudly about their personal lives, being hung over, and being bored with nothing to do. Eventually I asked about my appointment and the response, from the woman who checked me in was, are you here to see a doctor? She went to check on the appointment and immediately came back with the doctor. They found my chart outside a different office door. I asked the doctor and he explained that he was busy seeing other patients. I’d believe that except that I sat there for 40 minutes and the only patient called back there had left 20 minutes ago.

Dr Isakov was very nice however I felt the initial evaluation was super quick and not comprehensive. I had a badfall and I wished he examined my head or something but he did not. His questions came from a list he was reading on his computer. I’m going back for the EEG and MRI results in two weeks and hopefully he does better because he seems really nice.

The manager really saves this place. Other than that I really don’t recommend. They were rude, and not clear about the test I had to take. My nerve test went very unsatisfactory. I barley saw the doctor, but when I did he was nice I will admit. But I still don’t think it’s worth going.

Signing in and completing docs was easy. Front desk staff was on point. Meeting with the tech to take fuether info and vitals was ok, until he left and never returned. Someone from the front, I believe her name is Michelle, realized I was needlessly waiting to be brought to the doctor. I was on lunch so time was very inportant. The doctor was kind, gentle, attentive and I was very pleased with the service he provided.

He was very attentive, did not rush and took the time to ask detail questions. The only down side is the exam he recommended needs insurance approval. So I wasn’t able to get full work up and have to return for test when insurance approves. That was annoying.

The doctor is amazing, but their front desk is a nightmare. Completely inconsiderate of your time. I waited 15 minutes to see the doctor, but then they suggested I did a test, for which I waited more than 5 hours. AFTER that they told me it was my fault I didn’t have an appointment. NO, I did have an appointment, which I kept, THEY scheduled a test for which they didn’t have a slot. They told me it would take 20 minutes, not over 6 hours.
