This was the way a physician office visit should be. Beautiful office, friendly efficient staff, and Dr. Dokko was excellent. I never felt rushed as she took her time asking many questions and a mild physical check on the initial exam. She was very caring and explained my additional tests to be scheduled.
This is the worst practice I have ever dealt with. I booked an appointment and saw the practice’s NP, Rajni Bala, after a troubling and unexpected medical situation. She told me I needed to do several thousand dollars worth of tests and come back to see her in two weeks. I spent the money, did the testing, but the office has now cancelled my follow up appointment three times. Three times! I still don’t know if anything is wrong with me, will now have to deal with an insurance company headache, and no longer trust this office. Though I have used ZocDoc for years, I have never written a review before, but I wanted to warn others about this practice.
The reception staff was absolutely wonderful. And very helpful and answered all my questions the doctor was absolutely amazing and wonderful she answered all my questions and is working with me to help me manage my headache. I highly recommend this doctor.
