My visit went very well. The doctor requested came to the lounge to get us and greeted us. She is a great listener and addressed our concerns. Sadly age is moving to a different clinic. Considering continuing my family care at her other location.

This was my first visit and all my details, past history were noted very efficiently. My medicine list prepared by me earlier was scanned and returned. Then doctor came to examine me. She was very knowledgeable and didn't recommend any unnecessary tests. Unfortunately my indian travel insurance with TATA AIG was not accepted. The office premises were nice and clean. The office staff were helpful to. I'll certainly go backfor a follow up if required.

Unfortunately it was the last day at that facility for the doctor and my medication and my Imaging orders were not transferred post appointment. I had to call multiple times to get someone to answer finally resorted to the e-mail via the portal.

DON'T BOOK HERE! Worst follow up appointment I've ever had in my life. The doctor basically didn't know who I was or had any past information on my profile, information which I had to enter twice in their system. Complete garbage!

I would not recommend this office to a friend or colleague. I knew more about what testing was available than they did. They also sent me on a wild goose chase to get a test with their ultimate recommendation being incorrect. The only thing I gained was a pricey bill to pay at the end.

I'm traveling and got COVID while in the Seattle Area. I was able to get a next day virtual appointment with Dr Safai which was helpful. She was super nice and understanding. If I lived here I'd see her again for sure
