I was waiting in the office for one hour before the receptionist had time to call my insurance to verify. She did try to do this online first. I don’t know why I use Zocdoc anymore. I filled out all the forms beforehand and provided all the insurance info. Why, if they aren’t going to take the time to use it? Dr. Allan was good, and so was her MA. However, they do not really use Zoc Docs yet and there was a problem with my appointment and I had to come back a week later since the Dr. was not in. No one notified me of this ahead of time, as no reminder was even provided (call or email from the office). Also, they dont use the Zoc Doc paperwork, even though it says they do. I had to complete it all again. Overall, good experience. Hopefully they'll fix the Doc issues soon. …read more
