I saw Dr. Oliveros for the first time on Saturday, September 14th. Words can not describe the amount of pain and discomfort I was feeling as I walked in and to be perfectly honest, I wasn’t sure there was anything he could do. My issue was a broken tooth. Seeing a dentist was not an option and I dreaded even the thought of having to go to ER. I could honestly say I immediately took comfort in Dr. Oliveros. As a physicians greatest asset, he most definitely possesses an admirable bedside manner. He instantly discovered I had an infection that I was not only prescribed antibiotics for, but received an in-office shot as well, to relieve my symptoms asap. Vanessa was my nurse who administered the shot and then walked me through a couple other important things and could not have done a better job-she was truly great! I was given proper protocol and referrals to specific dentists to could go to, in my network, once my insurance became active. Needless to say, I walked out confident in my decision to make Dr. Oliveros my new primary. Not only did he advise a typical follow-up, but blood work as well, due to a couple other concerns I had discussed with him so that he would be able to determine the most effective way to treat me. As I write this review, I have seen Dr. Oliveros a total of 3 times. Excellent all around and always consistent, due to his pure nature. He is highly intelligent, beyond respectful, kind, patient, caring and selfless. I was 35 minutes late to my last appt with him. I was not turned away to reschedule (which would have been done elsewhere) the whole staff was understanding and very accommodating, and Dr. Oliveros still took time to share my test results, recommendations, treatment plan and continued to educate me about all we discussed, despite the fact that he had a room full of patients and busy schedule. I have since moved within the past month and now live in Saint Charles, IL. (an hour and 10 minutes away) and refuse to find a closer doctor because this office is worth the commute, in every regard. You are not treated like a number here and walk away confidently knowing Dr. Oliveros only wants what is in your best interest. I have never posted a review about anything before. The commitment to making this my first, is simply to genuinely express the great amount of appreciation and respect I not only have for Dr. Oliveros, but to his entire staff, and knowing it will help many others out there looking for a new Doctor they can trust and are actually happy with-which is very hard to find. I take absolute comfort knowing I am receiving the right guidance by a highly experienced doctor, who is well versed in his profession. …read more
