Dr..Peters is very nice and knowledgeable. However the organization and communication in this office is abysmal! Absolutely horrible, they pick up the phone one out of every three calls, when they do they are always rushed and don't seem to want to hear what you have to say. During a regular five minute call to book an appointment or ask a question I was put on hold two or three times. Once you arrive staff is very nice, but again the communication is severely lacking. On multiple occasions receptionist left voicemails with my private test results on my cell phone which is very unprofessional, not to mention nerve wracking. …read more

I went in to see Dr. Shanna Levine for the anxiety that I have had all my life. I have never felt so cared for until I made an appointment to see Dr. Levine, she didn’t treat me like I was just a patient, she treated me like I was her best friend. The wait time was frustrating. I didn't see Dr. Link until more than an hour after my appointment. But overall I was happy with the visit. His assistant is wonderful - really down-to-earth, friendly, and helpful. The office is old and sort of looks like a house with things thrown everywhere. Not the clinical cleanliness I'm used to at a doctor's office. The visit was fairly quick but I didn't think I was being rushed - it was just a check-up. Dr. Link is friendly.
