It was my first visit and so I don't have too much to say as a follow-up will occur in two weeks with (hopefully) some answers. I can say that the office staff is terrific, every single one of them; kind, considerate and funny! My bloods and EKG were done within ten minutes of entering the examination room and the entire first visit, with multiple tests including an echocardiogram, was completed in two hours. I will say that two hours included 40 minutes of wait time, but that didn't bother me especially since the remaining time was used so efficiently. I met with the doctor twice and he was straighforward, as well as very kind and attentive, if a little rushed. I did not, however, feel slighted in any way. My guess is that the follow-up will be a little different as I hope to receive results. This office may not be it for everybody -- which is why I didn't give it five stars yet -- but thus far, it sure is it for me. …read more

The office is shared and seemed very crowded when I walked in but there seemed to be very short wait times for all of the doctors and patients moved quickly out If the waiting room. The doctor was very nice and I felt he was very thorough. He took a conservative approach which he explained in depth and I was very comfortable with his approach. I will see him again. …read more

This doctor was excellent. She really spent the time with me to go over my medical history and concerns. You can tell that she really cares about her patients and finding the root cause of the problem and the best way to address it. We discussed multiple solutions, including dietary, lifestyle and pharmaceutical ones that may help me address my problem. I look forward to my next appointment with her! …read more

Dr. Chen is very patient and understanding. He keeps up to date with new technology for diabetes treatment which is a big plus. He's also been very responsive whenever I've had to contact him for prescriptions. Highly recommended. …read more
