She was great! We spent almost an hour talking about my history for my first appointment and she really took the time to ask questions and listen to me. I never felt rushed at all, unlike I’ve seen from other doctors. After the questions, she went to examine me. She was very thorough in her explanations for my questions and the best part is that she offers extra information. A lot of the times doctors don’t explain everything and never gives any extra info,, but she really goes into detail and I really like that. I feel like she cares. Dr Katz also offered me realistic expectations for my treatments and also told me from her experience what worked and what didn’t. I’m really glad I found her!
Dr. Chen is always helpful and understanding. He is easy to talk to and always goes above and beyond for his patients. He has been ny endocrinologist for years and I would recommend him to anyone.
This was my first time seeing Dr Tolbert but he was a very kind and knowledgeable man who was able to see me quickly and efficiently. The whole office (reception and nurses included) was all very pleasant and I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment. I don’t think I’ve ever said that after 7 years of seeing endocrinologists...I will be back in 5 months for my next appointment, thank you for making everything so easy and stress free!
