Dr. Yigazu seems like a good doctor. However, the office staff are really not helpful. I called to submit my payment over the phone, and after multiple calls straight to voicemail, I got a hold of someone and half way through me telling her my credit card number, she told me she's going to have to call me back. And then she never did. It's also been over 2 weeks now since I requested a referral, and I still haven't received it. The insurance company said this is a quick process, so I don't know what the hold up is. Every time I call, I either get nobody or get through and am told I will be "called back" and don't receive a call back at all. It's an easy process. If the office staff is reading this, please just acknowledge that saying "I'll call you back" usually means you'll call back in a matter of hours, not a matter of days (if at all).
