I had some anxiety going to Dr. Rubin's office today. I'm 86 years old and have been treated for some serious (non-gastrointestinal) health problems over the past two years. So my thoughts were along the lines of "Oh no, weren't a stroke and lymphoma enough? Now what've I got?" First of all, he greeted me with a warm hello and it was clear that he remembered me even though I hadn't seen him for six years. Then he listened intently to what my concerns were, asked questions, and checked my recent labs and scans. By the time he finished the physical part of the exam, I felt confident that he had gathered all the information he needed to make a diagnosis and propose a treatment plan. Also, he took the time to explain to me how he reached his conclusions. His calm, respectful professionalism completely allayed my fears. As we left the office, I said to my wife, "I feel better already."

It was great, Dr. Loria listened to me and explained in details my condition and why I needed an endoscopy. The endoscopy went very well and he was great in comforting me and explaining things. I highly recommend him and I am very thankful to have found a doctor that deals with my endlessly sensitive stomach.
It was my first visit and I arrived late but I was still seen, the staff and Doctor was very understanding. He listened to my concerns and medical issues reassured me made me feel at ease. Looking forward to my next visit and treatment plan.
Overall very satisfied. Dr Cohen listened attentively to my concerns and offered alternative treatment options explaining the pros and cons of each. He spoke clearly and has a comforting communication style. He did not rush through the consultation and gave me the opportunity to ask all the questions on my mind.
Dr Naik was through and made sure I understood the diagnosis and the recommended treatment. She pleasant and very professional. The whole office was great from the front desk, tech, nurse and dr.
The doctor was fine and friendly but the office staff is horrible! I show up earlier then my appointment time to waiting a long time because the office staff forgot to contact my insurance. What if the point of providing all the information before hand if they weren’t going to do nothing with it?

Dr. Joseph is an excellent physician. Great listener, always has a suggestion for a next step or something to try out. He’s knowledgeable but accessible in the way he explains his diagnoses. I’d recommend him to anyone trying to figure out if their symptoms are pointing to a greater issue.
