Doctor was awesome; the office was very, very strange / unprofessional. I'd happily go recommend Dr. Chapalamadugu - he saw me quickly, he answered my questions, and gave me clear next steps. Regarding the office: First, I *really* hate when I complete my patient information paperwork on Zoc Doc ahead of time and then have to do so again at the office. This seems like a real efficiency opportunity. Also, it's weird that they don't accept cards and don't announce that anywhere. It was even weirder when I said, "no problem, I'll go get cash" that the receptionist asked if she could hold onto my ID because she didn't know if "she could trust me" and that "she didn't want to end of having to pay out of her own pocket." Why would she? I told her that I was not comfortable leaving my ID with her. After waiting a few minutes for her manager, the receptionist just let me go get cash. I came back, paid, and she wrote me a receipt (from a handwritten receipt book). My recommendation is to modernize the office systems or perhaps operate from a different practice.
