Excellent care received today !! . My experience with INSTANT URGENT CARE in Palo Alto was beyond my belief. Wait time in the waiting room less that 10 mins and less than 5 in the exam room. I had nothing but positive experience with Dr. HERBERT ESTIU SANCHEZ . Dr Estiu consistently answered all my questions, his demeanor and bed-side manner was calm, attentive, and thorough. I can not conclude this review without mentioning Dr Estiu's very friendly and corteous receptionist / staff . I appreciated the cleanliness of this brand new facility ( less than two months) with impecable waiting and examination rooms.
